Title: Great info but odd translation
Review: The wording is unusual, for example "terrible" LDL and "wonderful" HDL, also "bite the dust" and "corrosives" when referring to fatty acids. I'm a nurse who is very familiar with these terms so I understood, but others may have a very hard time with it since it is like this in every single paragraph. The info itself was sound except for referring to increased cholesterol as good, but I realize they likely were referring to HDL. I don't know what country this author is from, but this was obviously translated into English very poorly. I'm glad it was free because I would have been upset if I paid for it. I'll admit it gave me a few chuckles and overall was good info. Keep in mind one of the main points is the benefit of SOLUBLE fiber, not fiber in general which can be soluble or insoluble. Just my opinion.
