Review: Holds 2 large potatoes or 4-5 small ones. Works great!!! About 5 minutes for 2 medium potatoes, a little bit longer for larger potatoes. Sweet potatoes take less time but all come out ready to eat and very good, No hard ends like microwaves usually leave.

Title: Convenient and does the job
Review: Used the Potato Express the first time with 6 small gold potatoes. Started with 4 minutes per instructions, which say to never cook for more than 4 minutes at a time. The potatoes were not cooked enough after the 4 minutes. I let it rest for a couple of minutes, turned it over and then put in for 2 more minutes, checking after 1 minute. Then let it rest again inside the bag for 2 minutes. They were perfectly and evenly cooked. As expected the bag gets a little wet from the steam and is hot to the touch, so be careful. Very happy with the product and like that I don't have to poke holes in the potatoes.

Title: Frustrating - Not the original
Review: I don't know if this is a knock off or if their quality has fallen this far. I have a real Potato Express I've had for years, I wanted a second for my girlfriend, but this with its thin cheap material was just to disappointing to give her. I tried it anyway, and it still works ok, but it is smaller and because it is so flimsy it is hard to get the potatoes in and out of it. The size difference isnt immediately noticable, but makes a big difference. A whole 'nother level of frustration. I'd pay triple for a real one.
