Review: I first saw one of these in 1980. Never saw one before. I remember watching in awe as it waa being used. . It works very much like the play dough spaghetti maker.You will need hot freshly peeled and squared cooked boiled potatoes that has veen strained and is very soft.Then you put ithe potatoes nto the gadget metal basket tightly. Then flip the lid on top of the potatoes . ThenSqueeze and squeeze and squeeze the handle tightly and watch the potatoes turn into thinly shaped spaghetti shape ! Easy as anything !Is a pleasant, different tasting potatoes! The potatoes will be extremely light and airy.Only add seasoning when done, afterit has reaches your platter as you squeeze the handle.. Will say it was differently a real treat. Takes minutes to use! The hardest and longest part is waiting for those boiled potatoes to get done !.

Review: This ricer works nicely but it is just too big for my hands. I'm 76 and don't have the strength in my hands, which are small, that I had when I was younger. The quality is great, it's made so well, so if you have hands that are strong and young, give it a try, you won't be disappointed with the results.

Review: The ricer works great. I use it to make mashed potatoes all the time. If I were to say something bad, is just a lot of the potatoes come out of the top when I squeeze too hard. But overall, this is a great product. If this ever breaks, I will buy another one

Review: If you are looking for the consistent texture of smooth mashed potato this is the product for you. It does get easier with more practice but It’s a little awkward when you’re first handling the product. The it’s kind of a clunky kitchen tool to use but it is quite effective.As with most potato ricers it does leave chunks in the bottom and cannot squish out all of the potato but that’s normal. It’s easy to clean.I haven’t had it long enough to know if there will be any issues but will update later on with more usage. So far so good.
