Title: This brace is best for lower lumbar area which I needed
Review: I like the adjustable Velcro and support at the base of the brace. I just bought it, and hope the Velcro stands up over time. I like the criss-cross extra support at the base too. I ordered a medium, for reference I'm 5'4" and 125 lbs. It fits me.

Review: So far itâs been helping in easing my lower back pain. I barely started using this so Iâll have to check it out more.Although it claimed to be breathable itâs still feels hot after a few hours of use - but is there a way of preventing one feeling hot while back support is being use?Question - should I wash the back support if I sweat a lot or if it becomes dirty? Review: A recent back injury has left me with the need to now wear a brace when I do any type of housework or when I am on my feet for a long period of time. Also, I am the organist for our church and our organ bench doesn't have a back! I was trying to use a "one-size" brace that I picked up at a local store after my injury but it was bulky and uncomfortable. So I ordered this one and I am VERY pleased! It has adjustable side straps and even the staves in the back are comfortable; it fits neatly under my clothing and doesn't bind when I bend over. And it gives my back that extra support i need when sitting at the organ bench!
