Review: I love cooking and have for years so I haveany cookbooks but this is the first one I've cooked 1-3 recipes a week from. I try to stick to a high protein diet and watch my macros. Review: The recipes in this book are so deliciously consistent. Recipes are easy and straightforward…no complicated steps. The entire family loves the oatmeal bakes, pasta dishes, and Big Mac copycats. The additions of fat free Greek yogurt and cottage cheese to increase protein intake are genius. We didn’t think we could get this much protein from pasta dishes. Highly recommended for those watching macros and increasing protein intake. Double plus that the entire family (including two kids under 10) love it.
