Title: Easy to use
Review: My wife usually cleans all the kids ears with her phone flashlight and an ear pick. When she got this it was a total game changer. Instructions to download and connect to the app was easy to follow. Instructions to use is a little ambiguous but it’s not hard to figure out. The attachments work wonderfully. They’re soft enough where it didn’t irritate the kids ear canals but firm enough to pull/scrape out the earwax. Only con is the ends are a little too big for the littlest ears (2 yr old). Works well with all the other kids ages 6 - 11. She also used it on adults and it worked great. The camera quality is superb. Very clear and easy to use. Price point is on par with others on the market. Definitely would recommend to anyone with steady hands.

Title: You never knew you needed this!
Review: It was very easy to set up and use. Some people think it is scary but I found it fascinating and useful. I also sent one to a friend who deals with wax impaction and hearing loss due to was buildup. They loved it! Allowed them to stay on top of things before rather than going in to the doctor all the time.

Title: Nice design with many easy-to-use features
Review: I'm very impressed by this little wireless otoscope, as it meets the high bar of my expectations. Here I'll just list some of the features that I appreciate most (descending order):1. The stainless steel tube that hosts the camera and LED lights is thin enough (4mm, as advertised) to go into my ear canal. Note that it is not just the removable tip that can go in, but the tube as well. I remember just one or two year ago, a lot of otoscope with a pick can have the pick tip go into the ear canal while the camera just sits outside and looks into the canal, but this one can go much deeper as the tube itself can go into. I'm don't know if this is thin enough for all adults, but I'm an average-sized male and have no problem reaching the ear drum with the pick.2. Both the metal tip and the silicon glove covering it can be removed. This not only makes cleaning much easier, but also allows the camera to have a much closer view of the ear drum. In this mode, you loose the ability to remove ear wax, but are compensated with a better inspection capability of the canal and drum. See the attached pictures with the tip on and removed.3. The gyro is very sensitive and responsive. The gyro is very helpful in that when I rotate the otoscope, what I see in the video is that only the pick rotates, but the background (ear canal) stays upright. What really surprised me however, is not that it has gyro, but how smoothly the gyro works, meaning there is no video lagging or delay in image orientation correction.4. The connection and app is intuitive. Basically the otoscope has an integrated WIFI module, so that your smart phone can connect to it just as it connects to your WIFI router. So, you don't need to have a home WIFI to connect to the otoscope. Of course, a minor drawback with this design is that you cannot have your smart phone connected to your home WIFI and to the otoscope at the same time, unless your phone can have multiple WIFI connected at the same time.Things that can be improved:1. The LED light is great and bright, but sometimes the video is a little over-saturated. I think a little more tweak to the auto-exposure may solve this.2. The silicon glove covering the metal tip is slightly on the loose end.Anyway, I think these are minor issues and not enough to take half a star off, so I think it still qualifies the 5-star overall rating.

Title: Works as advertised
Review: This product works as advertised. We have not used it a whole lot yet, but you wouldn't expect to have to with a product like this. The app works well and the image from the camera is high quality. We also like the assortment of tips that come with the product. My wife bought this just for ear cleaning, but I think it could also be useful for many other uses where you may need to see in a dark and/or small area that you can't reach any other way. The build quality isn't remarkable, but with this type of product that should see gentle use that shouldn't be an issue.
