Title: Fantastic, strong, multi-use
Review: So I bought this for my husband to bbq with. First he trims/preps the meat. He put the meat in the tray and does his rub or marinade. When the food is in the smoker, we wash and heâs able to transfer the cooked meat back into the house in the tray to rest, and then can use the board to slice.The cutting board is great! Itâs super strong. It sits in the top of the black tray and so it doesnât slide. I have also used this for cutting watermelon! So much juice gets everywhere. With this, all the juice runs and just fills up the black tray.Honestly, this has gotten way more use for such a variety of food items/prep than my intended purpose.Highly recommend!

Title: One of the best pieces of kitchen equipment
Review: I'm an in-home chef who was a line cook for almost 20 years. I have used A LOT of kitchen equipment. This is one of the most useful. I cut on it. I shred meat in it. I use the bottom as a scrap bucket or to tansfer what I am cutting. I soak silver ware in the bottom. I use it as a dish rack. The build quality is great. The rubber feet keep it super stable. It's not too big, not too smal. It really is a great design. If they made one with a wood cutting board I would buy a second one for customer who prefer that I don't cut on plastic.

Title: EXACTLY WHAT I WAS LOOKING FOR!
Review: This is literally one of the best purchases I've made! I've been wanting something like this for a while and was tempted to try to invent it LOL but I found this and it's the only one like it! I do a lot of canning and peaches and tomatoes make a MESS from the juices, and this catches all the juice and it's amazing. It's also a lot bigger than I thought would be which is GREAT! I defiantly recommend this!

Review: This is a godsend for boning out wild game, the height of it makes it perfect for cutting parallel to the surface when skimming off a fat cap. Fresh deer is quite bloody and no amount of cut channel around a normal cutting board can hold all that juice, but this one will hold pry a gallon of it. Also really nice to be able to stuff all the silverskin down into the bottom and the rubber feet on the bottom are large enough and grippy enough to keep it from sliding around.

Title: Built solid
Review: Wanted a cutting board for prepping raw meat and slicing juicy cooked meats and this nailed it. This combo board is pretty solid and not flimsy at all and pretty versatile for different purposes. Price is reasonable and I think itâs worth it and should last me a long time based on the material. If you like grilling and roasting meat, this is the cutting and prepping board you want. Iâve loaded up the bottom catch pan with kebabs and is long enough to accommodate long skewers with room to spare.
