Review: This mouth guard was easy to fit to my mouth. The instructions were clear. I used a meat thermometer to check that the water temp was correct, so that helped. Title: Simple and effective
Review: I bought this product because my dentist told me I had bad TMJ and suggested I try an over the counter mouth guard while I sleep before potentially getting a professional one to see if it helps. I bought this one and so far it’s been good. My jaw is a little less sore during the day and I know it’s protecting my teeth. This product was a great value because it came with 4 mouth guards and cleaning tablets. This way I can give my wife one and she doesn’t have to buy her own. I’m a late 20s man and I the larger size worked perfect for me (2 are regular size and 2 are “large”). Molding the guard was also straightforward and quick and seems to have done a good job at taking an impression of my teeth. Great for what it is. Would buy again.

Title: Great for grinding
Review: This product is great for grinding. It’s really easy to mold and you get two smalls and two bigs. I was happy about that because I was sure I was going to mess up the first one. The small fit me perfect and was a success the first time because I followed the instructions exactly. So when I wear this one down I’ll have another one to make which is really nice. I think it might help with snoring too (but I’ve always been a light snorer), so I might have my husband try out the larger one to see if it helps his bad snoring. Either way I’m not waking up with a sore jaw and sensitive teeth anymore and the kit as a whole is worth the money. Seems durable as I’ve been using it for several weeks. This material is pretty soft so if you’re looking for something harder for clenching this might not be for you because if you’re already clenching you might end up kind of chewing on the guard, which you don’t want so it’s definitely meant for grinding.

Title: Works pretty good for a moldable mouth guard.
Review: I was having trouble with my custom mouth guard from the dentist and bought this to see if this would alleviate my jaw pain. It did help and I was able to figure out that I need to go back to my dentist to adjust my custom mouth guard. In the meantime, I can use this moldable mouth guard to prevent grinding my teeth and causing jaw pain. I'm using the large one and t's a bit loose, but it's ok for temporary use. I think I left the small one in too long in the water and it shrunk so much that it was not usable. Overall, it a good product.

Review: I love that it comes with 2 small and 2 large, I accidentally made a mistake during the moulding process and was relieved that I still had 3 more mouth guards to make it work 😅 the process to mould it is very easy and once cooled down, they are a perfect fit! Review: Started to grind my teeth since I started using a CPAP machine, possibly because my mouth is now closed overnight and hadn’t been before.This guard has been a great help and was really easy to shape. Might have been better if you could get a pack of the same size instead of four different sizes but I’ve pass the larger ones on to other people to use.
