Title: 100% Effective & Fun To Read
Review: I report an instant success with reading this book at bedtime to help my little girl fall asleep. It's simple, straightforward and fun to learn why this works as you're reading too. The pages and illustrations are quite nice too but the obvious benefit of this book is that it works. Not only should every parent have this book but they should also take notice of why the language used in it is so effective.Absolutely Fantastic!!

Review: My son 2.5 was having problems winding down at night. This book works and he actually asks us to read it every night now.

Title: Works for everyone!
Review: this is my 2nd review of this excellent book, I've recently tried this book on a child with learning difficulties and who has been testing on his sleep and has shown that he does not sleep without the aid of medication, although reading this book did not help him to fall asleep it did on the other hand really help him to remain calm at bed time which helped allow the medication to kick in which in turn helped him to sleep.

Review: I am studying Clinical Hypnotherapy with Dr Kate Beaven-Marks and Rory Z Fulcher, the founders and Directors of HypnoTC. Having done many weeks of research into the various teachers and institutions in this field, I can confidently assert that no one single specialist or company offers such a high level of tuition, presented in the most comprehensive and accessible learning package as the authors of this book, Kate and Rory. I am specifically interested in this book as it will help me to learn about a phenomena called 'nested loops.' Nested Loops in hypnotherapy and NLP are embedded metaphors ... when you start telling a story, a metaphor, or an anecdote, you get to 75%-95 of the way through it but don't complete it before starting another story. And then tell only part of a second story before moving on to a third, and so on. Nested Loops is a technique that creates a safe and comfortable trance state and enhances hypnotic phenomena. It helps you to bypass the conscious mind and access the unconscious mind more easily. This doesn't mean that your child, on listening to Kate and Rory's wonderful story, will become hypnotised in the clinical sense of the word, but rather that they will be be far more likely to drift off into a peaceful sleep due to the lovely, subtly hypnotic way in which the story is told. I only wish Sam The Sleepy Sheep was available when I was a child. I wish we knew then what we do now. I would have loved this story as a child because the language patens embedded within it are so soothing, evocative and deeply relaxing and reassuring. You will well advised to follow the simple instructions at the beginning of this book in order to promote the best results for your child and, in doing so, you may even find you yourself sleep more deeply for having read it. I will now order this book in it's audio version as it will help me to further learn the skill of using hypnotherapy and story-telling in this ground-breaking way.

Review: Let me start by saying this can get a bit repetetive, but that is kinda the point. The story is a bit of a walk through dreamland too in how it jumps from one surreal element to another. Having read this 5 times now for my little boy over consecutive nights, I can safely say I still cannot remember the story. I am not sure if I am hypnotising myself in the process! The first night he listened intently but did give me a couple "don't like this one" protests. He was actually very blinky by the end of the story and settled right down to sleep. The news couple of run throughs had him start to get sleepy a bit earlier in the story.By the time the 5th read through came around he was struggling to keep awake. It works. He now goes off to sleep with no protests. A real blessing for us.

Review: This is basically a hypnotic script, including instructions on tone and delivery. If that interests you, go for it but this is a long script, so you're supposed to finish it but it will take a long time. I'm a hypnotherapist, so I bought it to see what the format was like and to be honest, it's about double what I would use in a session. Very very long

Review: Really good book and does actually lull a child off into the land of nod! I got through the 1st page and half way through the 2nd before my child fell off to sleep. (Purely because they were busy looking at the pictures) I would recommend thIs book. The words are repetitive, but for good reason. Highly recommend this.
