Title: Excellent description of the plan and analysis of pros cons
Review: An excellent detailed overview with sound analysis of 529 topic. The author also compares other college plans to 529. Topic of most interest is the complex tax implications which is a must understood before looking at any college saving plan. At the end I'm leaning toward not using this plan and it has more to do with my specific case. Also there is a section for advisors selling these plans which I found good.

Review: This book is excellent. From only knowing very little about 529 plans, it was informative in all aspects of investing in a plan for our grandchild, especially tax advantages/disadvantages, how it affects financial aid, etc. Would highly recommend.
