Forex Trading and currency trading is often given a bad rap. It's not entirely unwarranted, but neither is it all true. Trading for beginners can be a real problem. Many will often start to look at how to make money in stocks and then migrate to option trading strategies. Here in this book, you will find a trading method that can be applied to all financial markets. The reason this works is because this is how the market maker runs their business. That's right THEIR business. The day you relook at financial markets with the knowledge that they are not there for your personal benefit and are in fact a money-making machine for the controllers will be the turning point in your trading career. You will not find 'pretty candle' patterns in this book as looking at chart patterns like looking in the store window at the goods on display and trying to work out how the store owner runs his business. This book will reveal a trading method that you can apply to forex, stocks, options… in fact, any market can be traded with this method. I have been a professional trader for more than 20 years. Spend some time with and let you show you how to achieve your trading goals faster than you can probably imagine. Martin Cole Professional Trading since the 1990s

Title: Makes Total Sense as a technical trader. I can see the Market Makers Business plan must succeed or they can't make a market.
Review: Great book! Great insights about the mistakes I make and why I make them. I can see the box and profit release. Martin uses some great stories and analogies to make his points. This is radically different then anything I have read or done. I have lost money on options, futures, commodities, forex ect. I am 62 years old. I started trading mutual funds in 1981 with money my grandmother gave me. $1,500. After reading the prospectus and noticing how mutual funds held so many stocks many in industries I would rotate out of. I sold and bought defense stocks when Reagan was elected. Bought my 1st trading book years later The Psychology of Trading. I past 100 books read on the subject and started purchasing on line Trading courses around 1999. Over the last 17 years I purchased several dozen courses or so. I created folders in my gmail and on my computer of all courses and pdf's. Obviously I believe trying things out for myself. Martins prices for his course, software and training is on the low end. As in real reasonable. I pay for coaching to grow and develop my business, personal development. . We all do but some of us stop with the usual coaches for health (doctors, dentist, physical trainers, massage & other therapist etc.), lawyers, real estate, insurance, banking. Every service you pay for learn and ask lots of questions to get the most out the relationship declare yourself coachable and declare that person as your coach and mentor or find someone else. Add up all the money spent on those services and the goals you set. Do you spend more on Obamacare or healthcare then on your financial education? I'll return after putting this new insight in action. I plan on doing his course in the new year.

Title: PHENOMENAL READ
Review: Ok, how do I begin, I started learning under another market maker and still am as I paid to learn with him. My trading mentor was a market maker for last thirty years, all the concepts that he has mentioned are mentioned here. So as I learn the “BUSINESS” of trading, so I am learning the terms and maybe my trading mentor & instructor has told me the same things, maybe not, maybe I didn’t get it. This book clarifies, purifies and encapsulates everything I have learned up to now. It has brought all that was blurry and fuzzy into crystal clear understanding of the very model I must embrace and understand to be consistently profitable.I am not an emotional individual anyway and thus for me it’s an advantage in learning this business, I would also be lying to you after reading this if I did not convey that I am actually feeling excitement, even as I write this, I feel as though I’m on the brink of trading success. For someone like me, that is a quantum leap forward.I have known for some time all the you tube traders giving advice were absolutely rubbish, I knew it, right down to my bones, and by that same standard I know this is the ticket to my trading success.I just finished this not five minutes ago, and I am writing this review. I will reread it again in a few days to really drive home the concepts and philosophies contained within this text. For me, it has indeed solidified the change in my mind about trading that was already underway. Give this book a chance and hopefully it will do the same for you.I think it will be the best $10 you ever spent.

Title: Knowing why a trade has failed
Review: This book by Martin was very enjoyable and easy to read. Martin explains the ideas very well and things quickly make sense.I believe that contained within this book are all the is required to successfully and profitably trade the markets, this does however not mean that once the book is read you can jump in and start trading. The ideas need to be practiced and I am sure there will be a number of "a-ha" moments as you watch the market play out.I expect that many people who bought and read this book may end up asking "But where is the trading method?" as Martin does not clearly provide a "if this happens you do this etc." which many people has become used to as to try and remove any emotion from trading. This however is not the purpose of the book I believe as once you understand the principles and ideas contained in the book you need to start to practice this as to gain the experience of seeing, what you now understand, on the charts. You would then KNOW where the market is going and you can join in.What I really now enjoy is that if a trade fails, I can go back and clearly see why, this I believe is very valuable. Also, once I see price move against me I am able to close the trade sooner as the market makers business model alerts me to the fact that I may have very likely been wrong with my initial trade analysis.Thank you Martin, this book was worth much more than it's price tag.

Review: This book is all the time promising to teach you something in the back of the book or in the next chapter. But in the next chapter it does the same thing again. Meaningless sentences, phrases made up to look like it says something but it doesn't say anything meaningful. DON'T BUY THE BOOK, IT'S A WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY. YOU WILL REGRET IT

Review: After having day traded for 6 years, this was the breakthrough that I needed! Though I never lost my initial account and I am now at the breakeven stage, I felt something was missing. My discipline was good, my strategy seemed sound and my psychology was okay for the most part, but I was still losing money sometimes, breaking even sometimes, but never making money - always giving money back. This book was that AH-HA moment that gave me the insight that I needed! If you are new to trading, this book will not substitute for screen time. You have to put the work in to manage your strategy and your psychology, but what this book will do, is help cut away a ton of useless learning that all the masses are doing and put you directly on the correct track.Best of luck to everyone!

Review: Nel trading non si diventa bravi riconoscendo i pattern delle candlestick, bensì conoscendo come e perché si muove il mercato. Questo libro, insieme a "VOLUME PROFILE: The insider's guide to trading di Trader Dale", spiega proprio come fare. Nessuno sa come si muoverà il mercato o saremmo tutti ricchi, ma se sai come stare davanti agli altri e a non seguire il gregge, allora hai buone probabilità di riuscita.

Review: Good insight on how market works. Some more practical examples with simple candles along with time frames would have been much better!!.. overall, good experience.
