Title: Supports you every step of the way
Review: As a sexagenarian who fully embraces health conscious nutrition choices, movement classes and daily walks, and learning new wellness tricks to add to my healthy lifestyle, this past spring into summer, I chose to step it up.. and give the Chopra Cleanse/Detox kit my full attention.From the get go, I immersed myself in all of the reading material, added a few new items to my spice/herb pantry and organized the vast array of daily recipes for breakfast, lunch and dinner menu planning, to provide lots of variety.The first week of oleation was a "no brainer." Week two, incorporating the capsules and fiber powder drink to compliment warm, yummy meals was pure perfection. This self-care experience was extremely positive, I only experienced a slight bit of fatigue... however I slept well, enjoyed journalling and even lost four pounds! Going from summer into fall, I plan to do another Chopra Cleanse, as my way to gift myself, and welcome the change of season.

Title: Easy and Effective
Review: This was my first time doing any type of cleanse. I was feeling kind of sluggish and like my mind/body needed a reset, so I decided to try it out after seeing it on Chopra's website. The instructional booklet was my best friend, and made each day super simple and easy to follow. I really appreciated the recipes that were included, and even have some new favorites I'll be incorporating into my routine (sweet potato chickpea stew ð). My body def feels lighter and more energetic after completing the cleanse, and my mind is clearer. Personally, I did not have any negative symptoms or side effects, maybe a slight headache one day but that's it. Would do again for sure.

Title: Great value
Review: It has been almost a week since I began the cleanse, and I have been very impressed with the results. Primarily, I have much more energy when I get up in the morning, while at the same time falling asleep quickly when itâs time for bed. There are additional support resources available from Chopra, in the form of a website and a mobile app. As someone who is new to meditation, they made it easy and not one bit intimidating. Overall, this has been a great value product.

Title: So much more than just a Kit
Review: There are so many different detox programs out there, but what I love most about this one is all the material and support that comes with it! Not only does it have this very helpful booklet but I absolutely love the digital program that they provide in their Chopra app to use along with the kit. In addition to the 7 day cleanse thereâs tips to help prep the week before. Great job, Chopra! Thanks for providing this opportunity to experience this amazing detox at home!
