Review: We really like this cookbook for a lot of reasons. It's easy to read, and it's comes straight from Arthur Aguirre treasure trove of recipes and tips. You know how protective these guys are and their BBQ secrets! All the delicious recipes you have wanted to try are at your fingertips and all is reveled in this great book. The book is going to get tons of use this summer on my deck. I simply can't wait for the Polar Vortex of the Northeast to stop so I can get my grill out.
