Title: Deep dive into the lore and mantra of Bao perfection
Review: I've made Bao before and this is an intensive exercise in perfecting the form. Honestly mine were a little sloppy (but still delicious). The meditative form of the Bao is exemplified here with very detailed instructions laid bare. Photography is excelent as are instructions. Excited to try some recipes and report back.

Review: It's like they took a very, very low resolution scan of the cookbook. My phone could have done better. You cannot read the text at all! I zoomed in and it didn't help. I cannot say if the cookbook is any good because I could not read it. That's why I gave it 3 stars.
