Title: Very comfortable headset and great audio quality.
Review: I purchased this device for gaming because my puppy chewed up the cord on my wired gaming headset. I figured that if I went with a wireless headset... well... that would be one less wire he could chew.Pros: Very comfortable. Great audio quality. Battery lasts for several hours of intense gaming. Battery also charges quickly using a common type-c usb charger cable that is provided with the device. Mute button, power button, and volume control all built into the device on the left hand ear piece. The detachable microphone is a nice feature if you just want to use them to listen to music through the bluetooth. The audio is crisp and clear. The headset is very comfortable to wear and doesn't weigh much. The ear pads are comfortable and do a fantastic job of blocking out noise around you allowing you to really focus in on the game you are playing even in the most noisy environments.Cons: There are very few cons with this device. The only real con I can think of is that the lighting on the ear pieces isn't customizable. It just pulses random colors. This isn't a big deal as it's mainly just a cosmetic annoyance and customizable lighting typically isn't found in wireless headsets in this price range anyways.Over all, I would recommend purchasing this headset if you are looking for a durable, great sounding, wireless headset with a battery that will get you through a gaming session that is a few hours long. The price is great and shipping was fast and easy. I am quite happy with my purchase!!!

Review: I love this headset. It's very comfortable on my ears, I have large gauges that make that tricky, but they fit nicely.The sound quality is very nice and I love that the mic connects with a plug in jack!! It allows me to use these for music and solo play without having to fiddle with the mic.The package is extra nice as well, I'm so happy that they send you a nice bag to keep the headset and also all the extra stuff ..charging cables and such.They feel really well made.I will update if I notice any issues but I gotta say , I'm very happy with my purchase!!

Title: EDIT customer support is super quick and responsive
Review: The first night I got them, I noticed the audio always cut out when it was in USB mode, so I changed it to Bluetooth and it worked just fine. The second day was perfectly fine, the sound was good and the connection was super good.I'm now on the third day, and it won't stop cutting out. It's giving me a bit of a headache with the random cutting out and I don't know what happened. The fit is great, the audio quality is a bit quiet but pretty good, and I'd LOVE to give it 5 stars, but the cutting out is such a problem and I don't know what to do about it.EDIT*** Customer support reached out to me and had that pair replaced. Super helpful customer support and very fast, so if you're having any problems, just contact them and they'll get it sorted for you.The new pair works just as well as the last one, but without the cutting out. The mic sounds nice for a headphone mic, and the sound is really nice. 🙂

Le temps de charge prend une à deux heures.Il fonctionne uniquement en bluetooth sans problème.Je recommande ce casque pour un usage de joueurs comme pour le visionnage de films.

Review: Lorsque le câble est branché en filaire la qualité est très bonne que ce soit les écouteurs ou le microphone. En mode sans fil la qualité est légèrement moins bonne au niveau des écouteurs et mes amis ont l'impression que je parle loin du micro quoi que je fasse.
