HOW TO SWITCH THE CHANNEL FOR THE HANDHELD MIC

1、Long press the power button for about 6 seconds until the preset Channel A is switched to B/C/D as needed.

2、To lock your setting, please turn off the mic at first.

3、Press the SET and power buttons together for 3 seconds to lock your setting.

MULTISET OPERATION

HOW TO SET UP MULTIPLE SYSTEMS

1、Turn on the first receiver and transmitter.

2、Tap the SET button of a transmitter to select frequency. Tap the VOL button of the transmitter to adjust the volume remotely.

3、Repeat above three steps to set up each transmitter so as to hook up the whole system.

4、Leave transmitters on and continue with additional systems according to the above steps.

Can we use two or more systems at the same time?

Yes! The PTU-5200 is designed with 4x25 adjustable frequencies, so you are available to use several systems simultaneously.

What devices can this system be compatible with?

The PTU-5200 features separate XLR output and a 1/4" mixed output to connect with multiple devices. It can be compatible with an audio mixer, audio amplifier, speaker, PA system, speaker, and so on. Please use cables properly to connect.

How to deal with signal dropouts and static noise?

Signal dropouts and static noise occur for so many tricky reasons. To minimize them, please keep antennas upward, ensure a direct barrier-free line of sight, select a better frequency to operate in, and remove electronics surrounding the receiver.

How to change the frequency of the receiver?

The PTU-5200 adopts frequency hopping technology. When you tap the frequency selection button of a transmitter (bodypack or handheld mic) to change the frequency easily, the auto-tuned receiver changes correspondingly and instantly.

How different is this system from PTU-7000 and PTU-5000?

Compared with the PTU-7000, the PTU-5200 has fewer adjustable frequencies and no auto-scan function but more convenient hookup and remote frequency selection. You can mute the mic and use multiple systems, but it is not applicable to the PTU-5000.

It includes four transmitters with each including 25 channels which helps finding a clear channel without interference.The build quality of the transmitters feels sturdy as the transmitters are metal. I especially liked that the battery power level was clearly displayed on the microphone. The microphones sound great for vocals and did not have a lot of handling noise, the package also includes four windscreens.Selecting frequencies was easy on the microphone and the receiver automatically syncs once you change the channel. The audio level is also clearly displayed on the receiver when a signal is coming in, which is great to know if signal is present.This is not a true Diversity system with two antennas per microphone, which is the standard on more expensive and top professional microphones. This system is also a fraction of the cost so that feature is not expected at this price point. This system didn't have dropouts when testing within the 200ft range.All in all The Phenyx Pro PTU-5200 microphone system is everything you expect from a great microphone system without a huge price tag. I would not hesitate to recommend the PTU-5200 to anyone looking for an affordable wireless microphone system. A+ Highly Recommended.

Title: Great and Budget Friendly
Review: So I have had this microphone set for a year or so and I love it. I use it every week at an outdoor church event and they work flawlessly. Super responsive and easy to setup. I like the ability to adjust the frequencies if you are in a congested area with lots of wireless going on.All you have to do is adjust the frequency on the microphone and the main unit will adjust its self. Each microphone is paired to a a certain channel on the unit but not to a certain frequency. Battery life is great, I use rechargeable batteries and they last the entire set. I usually recharge each week just to be sure but they are usually on for about 3-4 hours and no issues.2 things I have noticed. They do not fit in a lot of standard mic holders, so I ordered some spring clip ones and they hold on to them very well. The microphones is not super heavy so that makes a difference.second thing I noticed is that I did not have the anti-roll plastic piece on the microphone. One fell off a mic stand before I got the clip holders and the pop filter broke off. I was able to use some silicone and attach it back. Did not want to use glue incase I needed to repair anything or take the cover off. Microphone still works but I would advise to keep the anti-roll pieces on the microphone.I modified the packaging in the box, which I am using as its gig box, to be able to keep the anti-roll kit on at all times. Just incase one decides to fall again, especially since we have kids singing too.I would definitely recommend this microphone system for a house of worship or karaoke setup. Very budget friendly and great sound quality.

Title: Review and how to rack mount
Review: I love the PTU 5200, the mics sound clean and clear. They're made of metal and feel very sturdy. I've gotten great battery life with them. Range is good. Base unit is made of plastic but doesn't feel cheap. Easy to use, plus the manual is written very well.The only thing that was hoping for was to be rack mountable. I contacted Phenyx Pro about being rack mountable and they said the system wasn't rack mountable. I had a couple of rack ears that fit the 5200 but it's a little short on the sides. So I decided to buy a single rack shelf and some really good Velcro. The video shows my process of racking the 5200, and a short review. Great inexpensive wireless mic system!! Phenyx Pro customer support rocks as well!!!

Review: I was looking for wireless microphones for karaoke events and got PTU-5200 Phenyx Pro Wireless Microphone System. It comes with 1 x UHF wireless receiver, 4 x handheld wireless microphones, 1 x user manual, 1 x power adapter, 1 x 1/4’’ audio cable, 1 x 6.35mm to 3.5mm adapter, 4 x anti-rolling ring, 8 x AA battery, 4 x rubber feet and 2 x Antennas.Setup is very easy. I have installed the two antennas on the wireless receiver and connected the power adapter to the wireless receiver. After setting up the wireless receiver, installed the batteries on each mic and that is it. It is plug-and-play as all mics came with preconfigured frequency and work perfectly without any major setup.The build quality is great for mics and the sound quality is outstanding from the mics. The wireless receiver provides 4x25 frequency groups. With one-tap frequency can be changed quickly and range is good for mics up to 200 feet. To change the frequency on mics, Long press the power button for about 6 seconds until the preset Channel A is switched to B/C/D as needed. To lock the setting, please turn off the mic first and then press the SET and power buttons together for 3 seconds to lock your setting. The mute option is a great feature by clicking the power on / off button.I was impressed with the sound quality of these mics. We did a few karaoke events with mics, and everyone was impressed by the quality of the sound that came from these mics. Battery life is outstanding as well and lasted more than 6 hours of usage. I was able to use recharge batteries without any issues. It comes with 12 month manufacturer warranty. I highly recommend these wireless mics for events and karaoke nights.
