Title: Easy set up / clear picture / great sound
Review: Added this camera to the system we purchased years ago as the doorbell camera picks up movement across its vision, but not always head-on movement. It easily connected to the system and was simple to mount with two small screws provided. The magnet attaching it to the base is very strong and allows for many positions. We placed it about 8-10 feet above the entry with a 30 degree angle as suggested. The battery takes time to charge but after registering 99% on the app, it is still showing 98% after 4 days of service. I also purchased a back-up battery. These are simple to slide on.Clear picture and motion. Solid connectivity performance. Great sound and voice speaker. The only minor flaw I have noticed is that the magnet is so strong, when I twisted the camera during positioning, it came free of the base. If I had not had a firm grip on the lens I may have dropped it.I highly recommend this and all the SimpliSafeproducts I've used.

Review: Pros: Easy to install, great picture (day and night), great detection and notification (once setup), Easy setup, Easy access to battery for charging.Cons: Have to climb to camera to remove battery for charging (Solar Panel can solve this); Can’t adjust detection section (certain area instead of whole area)Summary: All in all, this camera is great and highly recommended if you have SimpliSafe. I recommend a couple if needed.

Title: Excellent camera
Review: Easy to install. Great images. Great design. Battery life is only Ok, but I I do have it installed in a high traffic location. I did have an issue when my WiFi had a power outage. I had to reset the camera to get it to pick up motion again, but it is working fine since then.

Title: Can be difficult to connect.
Review: Initially I could not get the cameras to connect. Sometimes they would connect, but not display any video only motion detection worked. After lots of troubleshooting and settings changes on my router, I opted to try a different router. I was using a Asus RT-AX82U router, a really good gaming router. I chose to try a TP Link AX5400 (Archer AX72 Pro) router. The setup for the TP Link router was easy and now the Simplisafe cameras are working without changing any settings in the router. Not sure what the issue with the Asus router was, but the TP Link is working like a charm and has been really fast and great distance on wifi. I also now have the cameras at 1080p. I know this sounds like a router review, but hopefully it will save someone major connectivity headaches when trying to connect their Simplisafe cameras. I removed one star for the connectivity issues, due to all the troubleshooting problems.

Review: These cameras are great for security and helping keep deer out of my gardens. With night vision, spotlight and microphone, they are very versatile. Battery life is good unless one is too close to a tree on a breezy day.where the moving branch can trigger it.

Title: Unreliable Camera
Review: I have an indoor simplisafe camera. Works great, been very reliable.NOT THE OUTDOOR cameras. I installled two. Installation was simple and they connected right away. I was happy for one day. Then one camera would not connect. Took it down and set it near router, still would not connect. Indoor camera working fine the whole time. Pulled the battery out and restarted it, came back online. Then the second camera stopped working. Same thing, had to remove battery to reset it. Left them both near router and later that day the first one stopped working and a couple hours later so did the other one.After a week of this, contacting support, they just somehow lose connection and have to be reset.Returned them both and bought some cheap cameras that so far are working just fine.Looking at the support boards, I'm apparently not the only one with this complaint.Cameras need to reliably work 24/7. These don't.
