Title: Great value
Review: Great phone for the price. It's a pay as you go service by Verizon which is very budget friendly especially if you are the person who uses their phone scarcely. The build quality was really nice for the price. The phones screen is extremely large, responsive, and the phone is light like a feather. The charging speed is pretty quick. This phone came with the charging cable and the charger block which is rare to see nowadays. The sim card is pre-installed and it comes with everything needed to activate the phone right out of the box. I would absolutely recommend this for your kids, grandparents or anyone who is a minimalist.

Title: The phones decent, NOT for TRACFONE Srv!
Review: At first I gave this Moto cellphone glowing reviews.. Now I want to drive over it as well as Amazon for selling it. I have tracfone srv and I asked if it worked with that srv, It doses they said so I ordered one.. I have had the phone disconnect from service at least three times since that time. I always keep my service up to date, Come to learn today 02/10/2023 that the phone is locked to Straight talk, NOT Verizon or TracFone! Since my service goes through TracFone the phone cut me off mid call saying I had restrictions at Straight talk which I have no idea how they came into the picture except the SELLER who sent me a phone that disconnects me from TRACFONE.. Since I Am 100% disabled I rely on my phone more than any thing else and now I am in serious trouble as I can't talk to anyone. I'll assume the phone is LOCKED to Straight talk which I have no clue how to fix now. Amazon or the seller needs to fix this for me or I'll turn it over to the MN Attorney general's office to deal with as this is false advertising here at Amazon.

Title: good for what i payed
Review: its only a 4g and i live deep in the country so im glad i have internet otherwise phone wouldnt work. With this being said if your in the city lines it works very well. Loud speaker for ring tones and notifications and i use this with blue tooth and it works very well. The ear piece however I dont care for trying to hear folks on the phone is tough unless you put it on speaker phone and Im not one of those folks who go around everywhere for all to hear my conversation that i am having with someone. So i keep speaker off and use the phone up to my ear and so its not loud or very big for your ear.

Title: A great phone for kids to break
Review: These are the phones that I get for my children. There's no way a child should have anything more expensive. They work fine and when they break it's no big deal. Children are not responsible enough to be having all these expensive phones. I would not buy this phone for myself because it's a little bit on the slow side as far as processing goes but that's not necessarily a bad thing If you're trying to keep your kids off the damn phone all day. If you want a better phone for yourself I recommend the Moto G power. It's a few more dollars but it's a way better phone. This gets a five-star review because of the price for what you get. It works fine. Just make sure you don't have too many applications running at the same time because it doesn't have the ram. It doesn't have a super good processor.

Title: They sent the wrong sim card
Review: The phone itself is in perfect condition. The battery life seems good. The problem is I think it was previously owned or somebody oops. They sent a sim card with it that is not compatible. It is locked through total by Verizon which is completely different than Verizon prepaid wireless. And all customer support has been non helpful. When I open the completely sealed package the SIM card was already in the cell phone. When the screen opens for the first time, the phone even says the SIM is incompatible.
