Title: Incredibly comfortable
Review: These are a perfect fit for me and immediately comfortable, did not need time to break them in. I wore them on about a 2 hour mostly flat with some incline hike and found them to be incredibly durable and the traction was great for various terrain that I encountered (sand, dirt, roots, rocks etc). I really enjoy the look of them, the colors are great and my favorite, the mid height was great as well and added to the comfort. The price of these for Amazon was exceptional for the quality of the shoes. Absolutely love them and overly pleased with the purchase.

Title: My Wife Loves These Boots!
Review: I got the Merrell Women's Moab 3 Mid Waterproof Hiking Boots for my wife, and she absolutely loves them! She says they were comfortable right from the startâno break-in time needed. Sheâs used them for a few hikes now, and theyâve been great for everything from rocky trails to muddy paths. The waterproofing really works; her feet stay totally dry even after walking through wet terrain. She also loves the solid ankle support, which helps a lot on uneven ground. Overall, these boots are super durable and have quickly become her go-to for all her hikes!Highly recommend if youâre looking for a pair of sturdy, comfy hiking boots!

Title: Perfect shoes for hiking but size up!
Review: I bought these specifically for a trip to Ireland. I read all the reviews because shoe sizing can be finicky when ordering online. A lot of reviews for these said to size up a half size. I decided to just get my normal size 10 and see how it fit. I can now say, with full experience, size up a half!! The reviews were right. The 10 fit perfect, but my toes were just barely not touching the toe box. With a thicker sock, it became snug. So I returned the pair (thank you Amazon for your amazing customer service) and sized up, and also got it in a wide. Why wide? Well, while the toe box was perfect, anyone who has been hiking knows your feet are going to shift in your shoe with terrain. Not a good thing, but not a bad thing. I happen to have a normal size foot and never purchase anything in wide unless i am looking for a little more play in my toe box. If you want a snug fit, get your normal size, if you want a thicker sock and some play in your toe box so you toes don't rub or get blisters, get the wide. It's not really much wider than the normal size. Also, this granite color is pretty awesome! I thought it would be darker gray, but I was pleasantly surprised with the lighter gray and some pop of blue in there. I did try the same shoe in the altitude color which was cute, but a little too sky baby blue for my liking.Anyway, these have great ankle support (I've had 3 surgeries on my Achilles and brevis tendons, so support is everything) and they lace up nice and tight. There is good arch support and the heel cup is comfortable.I have a pair of moab 2 vents and these are pretty comparable in comfortability.I also want to note that these are pretty light weight wise. I don't feel like I'm clunking around or dragging my feet. I was actually surprised at how nicely these feel weight wise.I'd recommend these hiking boots and size up a half!

Review: I ordered wide 0.5 larger than my size and very snug fit but not too tight. Just feel like supported all around and comfortable. My same size and wide Moab2 feel wider inside and wiggle space around the toes. Both look very similar but a big difference at least to me is the heel.Moab3 has comfortable rolling step from heal compare to Moab2.Right Moab3 Left Moab2 in the imagesBoth are good shoes.

Title: Nice boot
Review: I have hard to fit wide feet. I ordered 3 sizes, 8w, 8.5 & 8.5w, to see if any would fit me. I wear an 8 usually but when companies say they have wide widths, that doesnât mean the 8w is a universal size. In this case, I kept the 8.5w. The shoe is nice looking, grey with blue, and the foot pad feels good too. I havenât worn them for an extended time so not sure if I can do endurance walking or wear them all day long yet. So far so good though. Glad they are waterproof too. I bought them during prime day and feel I really got a deal on them.

Title: Waterproof, Comfortable, Supportive
Review: These Merrell shoes have everything I want in a mid-rise hiking boot. They are rugged, with deep, grippy treads. The mid-rise sides give me ankle-support without rubbing. Because the soles are so thick -- I swear I'm 2" taller when I wear these -- normal mud and puddles don't affect the main part of the shoe. And if it rains, the water beads up on the top and just rolls off. I wore these all day right out of the box without having any blisters or other discomfort.I normally wear Keens, but when I needed to replace mine, I decided to try these Merell boots. I needed a waterproof shoe that could help stabilize me in rainy, muddy conditions as well as drier, dustier ones. Although I can't say which brand is better -- each shoe is different -- these make great replacements.-- Debbie Lee Wesselmann

Title: Exactly what I needed!
Review: I wear a size 8 in casual shoes and 8.5 in athletic shoes. I have a slightly wide foot (bunions), so I stick with wide width or brands that tend to have wider toe boxes. I bought these hikers in an 8.5 wide and they fit perfectly. No break-in time, lightweight, and comfortable. I wore them right out of the box for two moderately difficult 4-mile hikes and had no issues. Iâm so glad I made this purchase!
