Title: Great size cutting board with a ridge to catch liquid!
Review: After my old large cutting board broke, I started looking for another one that would work. I came upon this one and it’s a perfect size and the ridge helps to catch juices and things you don’t want flying off the board. When I first got it, I oiled both sides and I will continue to do that to keep it nice.It’s well priced and well-made and does the job!

Review: I’ve only hand washed this board three times and I noticed that when I placed a layer of chocolate cake on it, fibres from the board transferred onto the cake!What the heck?I washed the board again and I see loose bamboo fibres again… anyone else with this issue?
