Title: Heavy-duty construction, yet VERY comfortable...
Review: When this neck-harness arrived, I was surprised by how sturdily built it is. Very impressive. Beefy! Although the neck muscles are obviously some of the most important in the entire body, they are often some of the most neglected and forgotten. Let's face it. Specifically targeting and training the neck is usually an afterthought for a lot of athletes. I think this is because it's sometimes difficult, awkward, and just plain inconvenient to actually train the neck. This harness addresses and remedies those issues. It's super sturdy, super easy to use, fully adjustable, fully padded, very comfortable, and easy to just throw in your workout/gym bag. For me, it seems like the perfect combination between the old-school "dungeon-training" and five-star comfort. The chain can be used with either plates or dumbbells, and the d-rings and carabiners can be used to clip in to the cable of a weight-machine. Furthermore, the design of the harness lets you target specific and various angles. Very versatile. I like to train my neck on the days I train shoulders (deltoids/trapezii). This seems to me like the most logical way to integrate the different neck-exercises, as those muscles aforementioned are all interrelated. And, this harness is the perfect "tool" to implement neck-training and put those exercises back into your workout-routine. Give this specialty piece of workout-gear a try! Review: I love how simple it is to use. Just put it on and strap it up. It's amazing. It can even adjust to different head sizes. I use it every other day, and have noticed improvements in the quality of my pushups. When keeping the shoulders down you gotta use neck muscles to hold your head. I noticed my neck feels much more comfortable when doing pushups since I've strengthened it a bit with the VikingStrength Head Harness.However, the only 2 things I dont like about it, the reason for the 4 stars for comfort.thia might be a personal problem, but the chin strap kinda scratches the underside of my chin. I haven't tried wearing it every possible way, but I'm sure there's a simple solution to the scratching. Might be my head size and shape, maybe I'm just strapping it on too fast cuz it's not that irritating and I just wanna train.Overall it's an amazing product and I'd say it's worth every penny if you want a strong neck. Great for building a solid defense.

Title: Good harness for about a month.
Review: Worked well for about a month. First off, the part where the chain is attached on the right side bunches up and makes the harness feel lopsided, so you have to adjust your neck curling more on the left side of your neck to get an even rep.Also, the Velcro on chin strap isn't long enough for small heads like me, so you can't really secure it well without it coming loose. Then the Velcro on the chin strap started coming apart from the strap. Now about a month after use, it's pretty much useless as I can't secure the chin strap strongly enough to use it.If they could fix the right side where the chain is attached, and if the Velcro on the chin strap were longer and secured better with more stitching, it would be a pretty good harness.But overall it's junk now.

Title: Good for the money
Review: I ended up cutting the chin straps because it just wasn't necessary imo. I'll probably replace the chain with a rope or cable for better balance of the olympic plates. Plates seem to get almost stuck on a link making it unbalanced. Overall, it has helped my neck pain🙂

Review: I wasn’t sure how comfortable this would be but it is very comfortable. Feels solid and I haven’t had any issues yet, haven’t gone above 10kg but I have no doubt this would manage with ease. Haven’t felt any discomfort at all.
