Title: Solid quality product.
Review: First Time ordering a vibration plate. This is salad speeds go super high you can move. It has a wide area to stand on for a large feet and feel amazing. Great for blood circulation, cooling down after workout and the neuropathy in the feet.

Review: Very skeptical to even plug this machine in because of all the scratches and marks on it, it looks like it has been returned and resold. I purchased new and it appears to be used.

Title: This actually helps!
Review: Having body and leg aches gets old. Can use this standing or sitting. There are 10 minute vibration presets. Sitting on it while it moves/vibrates/shakes helps lower back and pain lower down. Sitting on a chair and placing feet on it while it does its thing helps with calf cramps. Standing while its moving helps overall cramps and aches. Very surprising. Whole family is using it now and ordering their own, too!

Title: This is an amazing gadget - seems to help
Review: I am elderly and the body is getting a bit creaky and cranky. Have tried all sorts of things to keep this stuff at bay, with mixed results.One area - lower back and legs - is persistent. So I got this Shaker to see if it would help.IT DOES!I use it two ways - standing on it and sitting on it. Each has different effects. The main result is that after a 5 minute shake, all the little aches and pains are just gone, and everything feels free and easy - sort of floating. Even if it doesn't last all day, it's worth it for a while.This is not the panacea - the Cure All - but it does its part and definitely makes a difference.

Title: Maybe the box should have FRAGILE stamped all over!!
Review: 08/16/2024 I received my Flybird. I opened the package set it and plugged it in. I stood on it, turned it on, & it started vibrating. Immediately I looked at the timer and saw that the start button was not fully lit up as the other areas were fully lit. This tells me there is a defect. I am sending this back to get a replacement that fully lights up. I will then give another review once I receive the replacement.D Foster
