Review: I use these bands everyday. The resistance is quite good. But over time, the bands start to weaken. It is definitely worth getting these to stretch

Title: thinner than expected
Review: I have used one of those bands only recently at my therapist and i find these are a little thin, it was folding up on itself when i was doing my exercise. A friend of mine gave me a different set ( she didn't know i had gotten some) and they are much more sturdy being thicker and easy to use.
