Title: Great quality, sturdy, effective
Review: I ordered this vest to up my walking sessions. I am 5'4" and about 135 pounds. I ordered 16 pounds which I thought was probably the max for me. It's just about right. Any heavier I think would be a bit much especially in the summer heat. My average heart rate for the same course was 103 without it and 110 with it. It's balanced very well so, while it does cause a little more stress it's balanced correctly. I got black and I think it looks pretty cool. It's soft and doesn't rub or dig even with my tank top. I think it's a great vest and a great price point. There's something about it too like a weighted blanket. When I put it on, I feel secure. Going to get one for my husband too.

Title: Love! So comfortable!
Review: Love love love this weighted vest. It is so soft, flexible, and made very well. Moves with your body. I’m large chested and still fits comfortably over my chest because of the adjustable straps. Can wear all day comfortably although it isn’t recommended to do so. Helps me keep good posture as well. Great value for the price. Highly recommend!

Title: Great balance and phone holder
Review: Bought this a number of months ago for walking/running long distance when I wanted to add some strain to the activity. The vest itself is super comfortable (wear it for about 2 hours tops, can't speak for longer than that) and the phone holder is the primary reason why I chose this specific one. Got it in the 20lbs model and it is all of that. The only mild complaint I have is that it is not super super tight around the abdomen so if you plan to exclusively run with it, i'd go with more of a plate carrier style. I found that if I hold it down with my hands while running it stays in place great, but isn't perfectly ideal. More than anything though, I'd highly recommend it for a solid deal of a weighted vest, just MAKE SURE to let it air out for a couple days when you get it because it smells pretty strongly.

Title: Exactly as described!
Review: I purchased the 30lbs vest about a month ago. Have been using it on my daily 8 mile ruck - This thing is awesome! It’s very comfortable, durable & discrete. Some of the other competitors have a military type style.. I do not like how stiff and rigid those products are.I weighed this vest on my home scale coming in at 29.4 lbs… I’m sure it’s my scale that is off the .6The straps make this vest very adjustable, for reference I’m 6’4 - 240lbs with a low tier physique at 25% body fat.I would definitely recommend this product!

Title: THIS IS THE BEST VEST!
Review: I looked at several vests and I am so glad I chose this one. It is absolutely PERFECT: the weight is evenly distributed (it’s filled with sand I think, and is a great alternative to hard, flat weight plates), it’s super comfortable, soft, and padded, and the adjustable strap keeps it from shifting.

Review: first time with a weighted vest (per doctor's orders for bone strengthening). she recommended 15 pounds for me. this one came with either 12 or 16 so went with 16. wore it for 10 mins 3 times on first day and on second day for 30 mins incl a trip up/down stairs plus a sit to stand rep. good enough I think I can now wear on my walks. I am 5'3", 142 lbs and 77 years old. if I can do this, anyone can, LOLvery well made, comfortable, adjustable straps. I do have to be careful getting into it so I don't strain my rotator cuff, ya can't just 'sling it on' like a coat as its heavy. once on and tightened, just fine. I dont' go out at night, but the reflectors are nice for safety.even tho new to this, I am impressed and happy with my purchase. my doctor will be thrilled...... update: LOVE this vest!! two friends impressed and are also buying. seeing improvements in body strength and posture. for those who say the zipper type is easier: you cinch the vest snuggly when on. release the straps when done or the two front pieces will be too close together to easily put on next time. can't recommend this higher!

Review: Gran elección de chaleco si quieres iniciar a correr con peso, estéticamente se ve lindo, trae un espacio para el teléfono y en la parte de atrás una “red” para llaves y el relleno del peso es como de “arena” entonces no hace tanto ruido al correr. El único contra es que si corres con una blusa de tela delgada lastima la zona del hombro (por la fricción) pero se soluciona corriendo con sudadera.
