Title: Excellent product
Review: After years of struggling with cleaning my mower deck and removing the blades for sharpening, I finally purchased this lift..........SO GLAD I DID.......and at the same time mad at my self for tackling this job in an unsafe way. NEVER AGAIN.Product does state a weight limit, so I would observe that with caution. My mower is a Z-Turn 18hp Cub Cadet, and for that it works fine to life the front. But not the back where the engine is. It would probably life it but the mower's rear might exceed that limit. BE SAFE.Material is heavy steel. The mechanics of it works as shown.very satisfied.I would like to get a larger cut mower and in such case I will have to buy a more sturdy lift. But till then, this is a great product to do what I need to be done.

Title: Simple, Stable - Just what I needed
Review: I have two mowers for a large hilly property and recently purchased our first ZERO turn Cub Cadet ZTS2 which is amazing on hills (for those wondering). I wanted to sharpen the blades but could not for all my efforts free up the nuts on the blades. I needed to get under this beast and use an impact wrench to do the job. This lift was just perfect. It gage me plenty of space to work under the deck and get the job done. Today I added new blades and a mulching kit. It was my second use of this lift and it is was a great experience. It is very simple to setup out of the box. I did not even need instructions. It is also easy to operate and is very stable on the maximum lift setting. I felt comfortable under the mowing deck. I kicked it and shook it a couple of times to test it. The lift also has wheels making it very easy to move about and it lays flat for storage either vertical or horizontal. I would recommend this lift. Good value for the money. Time will tell, of course, but so far so good!

Title: Poor packaging
Review: I was excited to get this tool but immediately was disappointed upon opening it. The box lacks packaging and all the parts simply can rub against eachother. The paint job was lack luster at best along with several of the welds. My jack arrived with various cosmetic blemishes. The jack release screw / bolt was also bent. I was also a little surprised that no basic tools like an allen wrench or crappy wrench were included for assembly. The unit was easy to assemble but not due to the instructions that were not very clear. Luckily there was an exploded diagram that was more helpful. Overall it will likely suit its purpose but wish it would have arrived in better condition. I will be reaching out to the manufacturer about these issues.

Title: Gets the job done safely, very pleased with it so far
Review: The Pro-Lift box came with everything inside, and I had no issues putting it together.Pros- no more back breaking, or crawling to change blades, or scrap clean the mowing deck.Light to move around, and the overall weld construction seems to be good.Cons - The carter pins are very small, you will need to make sure that you keep an eye on them. When disengaging the pump jack, make sure you do it very slowly, and only other issue is to make sure you have a flat surface to set the jack lift on.Because I have only my lawn to use, I had to use a sheet of plywood to make the lift stable, either then that, if you take care of how you use it, the product is excellent

Title: Too light for a shop lift.
Review: Jacking up my Exmark, the jack would roll back, when the weight hit it. Tried several things but it would not stay under the mower. Might work in the grass, but not in the shop.

Title: Safe and easy
Review: This lift is very easy to use and also safe. It folds flat and hangs on the wall in the garage. I can finally easily get under my mower to clean the deck and sharpen the blades.

Title: bottle jack leaks
Review: I bought this to lift to assist me who is 73 yrs old ( but still in good physical strength) to get to the bottom of deck easier and to clean it and to work on removing the blade for sharpening.Set up was fairly simple but you had to go by the picture to tell how the wheel baskets were positioned. I was able to assemble and then use the lift on two lawnmowers and then took it to garage for storing. I know that I had tightened the release valve adequately but next morning, there was a puddle of hydraulic fluid in the area of the release valve. I tightened the valve as tight as I could manually and next day, I noticed that it was still leaking.I called the company as instructed to do so and the technician wanted my address and a copy of the purchase receipt. He stated that I was going to receive a new bottle jack. When I inquired if this was a common problem, he replied that "it happens".It appears to me that this may be a more common problem then what he admitted. It wasn't that after looking up the company SFA Companies, I found out that it was a conglomerate of many products manufactured and sold in the US by China.I am expecting receipt of a replacement bottle jack which I believe is the most important part of this unit...It does the lifting, it holds the lawnmower in raised position. How can you have confidence to get under the unit (I had a large block of wood under the deck as a safe guard) without the heart of the lift to fail? Also, I found the handle poorly made and how it connects to the lift bracket. If you want to move the lift with the handle, it slips out of the notched base very easily. The height lock lever could have been engineered a lot better, they are merely notches in the frame that the height lock slips into.Only time will tell if this new bottle jack works without leaking. When using it in the future, I will always have a back up to prevent the jack and lift from slipping and falling on me as I work under the deck.

Customers say
Customers like the utility jack for its ease of assembly. They mention it works well and is relatively easy to put together. Some dislike that it has fluid leakage and missing parts. Opinions are mixed on its sturdiness, value for money, lift quality, and safety.
