Title: Sturdy
Review: I love how these are made. The handles are sturdy, and steel mesh is securely covered by the metal rim. The quality appears very good. I also love the three different sizes. I can rinse rice or beans in the larger strainer, and use the smallest one for dusting sugar or such. It’s a nice set.My previous mesh strainer was not well constructed. It had a plastic handle that covered the metal one. It had all kind of rust on it, and handle was loose all the time. I looked a long time to find ones that were of better quality, and these fit the bill.

Title: Do-it-All strainers
Review: These strainers are the ones to buy - entirely metal, very fine mesh, and dishwasher safe! These replaced an older plastic set, and I wish I had found these sooner. These really do help simplify rinsing food items and come with 3 different sizes to help tackle a wide variety of tasks. These look nice, are sturdy, and are well worth it.

Review: UPDATE (2024): Still like and appreciate these but realised they are less than ideal for thing like rinsing quinoa or small pulses and/or anything with an outer skin/husk as the small pieces get trapped where the mesh meets metal around the rim. I spend so much time trying to knock or rinse quinoa (in particular) from that tight space where the metal secures the mesh that I am now hunting around for a sieve with less of a metal lip.Still a good set, this has held up to almost daily use but I will only use this for powder sifting or draining larger items.ORIGINAL REVIEW: I’ve only used these for a couple of months but they seem durable and well made. I wanted a set of variant sizes and this set has a good range. This is the set I use for my baking so the large size is a good size for sifting (as is the medium size) and I used the medium and small primarily for dusting (sugar/cocoa) and straining (curds/custards).All in all, I am happy with the set thus far.
