The Victor PestChaser Rodent Repellent might be small, but it is mighty in its capabilities. Each plug-in repellent provides coverage to medium-sized rooms such as kitchens, living rooms, bedrooms, and more. The PestChaser is so effective due to the high-frequency sound it emits. While the noise sounds like a jackhammer to rodents and encourages them to leave the area, humans and most pets are incapable of hearing it at all!
The easy-to-use design makes this the ideal method for anyone regardless of previous experience repelling rats and mice. Simply plug the PestChaser into a 110V wall outlet, and let the repellent do the work for you! But if you can’t hear it, how will you know it’s working? The PestChaser comes equipped with a nightlight that glows softly to provide illumination, but also lets you know it’s working. The PestChaser is a long-lasting repellent that can keep your home infestation free for up to 3-5 years.
While there is no risk of poisoning with this repellent, pet rodents and rabbits will not appreciate this device being placed in rooms where they live as they are sensitive to the sound. Utilize these repellents in areas where your rodent and rabbit pets are not allowed to roam.
Rodents that are hungry or tempted by easily accessible food may find another route around your protected area, so it is best to remove all likely food sources prior to use. PestChaser works best to repel rodent populations when used with other rodent control methods as part of an integrated approach to trap, repel, and monitor infestations.

Title: the do not get the mice out, they deter them from coming in
Review: I have used these for many years. They do not get the mice out of your house. You need to use mouse traps for that. Once you get them out, they are very helpful in keeping them out. You have to be sure to seal any entry points where the mice get in. They are not 100% effective, but they are worth buying because they do help. You just have to have realistic expectations.

Title: Good marketing; poor performance
Review: These are marketed as being silent to humans and animals. My wife and I can both hear buzzing from all 3 units when they are plugged in.The night light function works; but, they are pretty bright if you are light sensitive while sleeping. They work fine in hallways to not ruin your vision and provide light; but, they are intended more for rooms than hallways. Now to performance. I put one in my garage. As a side note the product description says they are for small/normal size rooms. My garage certainly isn’t that. However. I put one out anyway as that is the intrusion point to my home for the mice; and because I could hear them buzzing inside I decided to try the one we removed from our bedroom.Fast forward to the next day I had an old Tom and Jerry style snap trap still out that was within 3 feet of the unit. My wife said she heard a snap and sure enough there was a fresh mouse in the trap right under the plugged in unit.I really wanted these to work, but, I think I learned the hard way that they’re gimmicky and not really functional for me.I don’t have the pack again; shame on me, so I can’t even return them to get my money back.Hope this helps someone avoid wasting their money.

Title: I dunno....
Review: this seemed like a good idea, but I'm not sure if they actually work. How are you supposed to tell that anyway? They tripped our breakers a few times and they only "displace" pests, so it's a good idea to have a backup plan if things get out of hand. Our ring and other interior cameras pick up this high frequency noise. it's kind of like Havana syndrome in the house with these things in the outlets, if you are using other electronic equipment. I think someone did a military version of this on the beaches at the jersey shore, in an attempt to push me off...as if I was a pest. Ha Ha that didn't work either. I think these things just make people feel better, give you peace of mind, but it's difficult to know if they are doing a good job or not.

Title: Great for repelling tiny rodents
Review: I live near woods backing a small creek and the field mice have become a significant problem since the last of the feral cats died. I bought these sound repellents to help dissuade mice from entering my ground floor condo. Between the reusable plastic traps and these sound repellents, no more unwanted 4-legged critters have ventured into my home. Best purchase I made to control the problem. Highly recommend!

Title: Surprisingly - They Work!
Review: I was skeptical plug-in repellents would actually work. I can’t bring myself to use poisons or kill a mouse, so I’ve tried many non-lethal options. A lot have reduced my visitors, but this is the first to completely stop mice entering my home. I have been using them for about a month and all signs - droppings, chewing, seeing mice, etc have disappeared - and the change was almost instant! The only complaint I’d give on these is that some (not all) buzz just loud enough that I can hear them. I put those ones in the areas where I don’t spend tons of time. The rest that I can’t hear are put in frequented living spaces (kitchen, living room, dining room).
