Title: Too bad these are meant for women because theyâre far superior to any similar product made for men.
Review: I accidentally ordered these because the deceptive packaging made me think they were unisex. I was able to get a refund but the Amazon customer service person told me they were not returnable so I should throw them away. Rather than waste them, I decided to donate them to the nursing home where my mother had been housed until her death. But I was curious so I tried one myself. I canât believe how much better they are than the best Prevail brand pads for men, with nearly double the absorbency. And even more than the best selling major brand since they seem to have cheapened their product considerably in the past year. Itâs sad that these companies donât consider male incontinence to be important. Maybe weâre not a sufficiently large market to care enough to make solutions that are better than barely adequate.

Title: Much Better Than I Expected!
Review: I've tried pretty much every name brand of pad on the market and been dissatisfied with them all for various reasons; too short, didn't absorb well, didn't stick, leaked, etc. I was becoming frustrated and running out of options because nothing is more frustrating than to be halfway to a destination only to have a leak! And carrying a change of clothes isn't always an option. It was with a decided lack of enthusiasm that I chose to try these, hoping that the price didn't indicate that these, too, would be a disappointment.These were delivered very promptly and, to make things even better, they were enclosed inside an unmarked box! That was the first point in their favor, I appreciate the discretion! Upon opening them, I was concerned by how thin they seemed and ready to consider them a lost cause simply because of that. But I bit the bullet and gave one a try.The second point in their favor is how well they stick! No shifting or sliding or bunching when pulling my pants up, the pad stayed where I wanted it to stay. The adhesion was reassuring that the pad would at least stay put as I walked, sat, played with the dogs, bent over to get clothes from the dryer and just carried out my regular day. When I took a restroom break, I was pleased that indeed, the pad was right where I need it to be still, it hadn't budged!But the final point in their favor came from how absorbent these pads are! From small, light leaks to an occasional sudden surge, these pads have handled everything and kept me so much drier than any of the brands I'd ever purchased from a store! As a result, I'm more confident and willing to go out now and, because I'm not using as many per day as I had been, these pads are saving me money as well! I pay almost the same price as the name brand pad I'd been using but get twice as many and don't use as many! That's a major plus!Long story short, don't let the thin size fool you, these pads stay put and are very absorbent! They arrive quickly and discreetly and are a great value also so I confidently give them 5 stars!

Title: Prevail Plus panty liners works for Men
Review: Had to have prostate cancer and bladder surgery over age 65 . Everything went well except my confidence in having to wear that pull up diapers until normal bladder control was restored. My wife said use Prevail and simply line your own underwear and it worked. Wetness was controlled, no odor, remained dry and no wet pants. Eventually after six months my bladder control was restored. But I still use Prevail because they donât fail. I give them 5 stars for quality, quantity, and price from Amazon.

Review: I am a regular user of "Prevail daily male guards" (the blue colored cover). The present one has shorter width and not good for male since the outlet can slip outside the pads and wet the underwear. I do not recommend this for male users
