Title: Great glassware with WONDERFUL customer service
Review: Love these glasses, and the company’s customer service went above and beyond. I purchased these glasses because I wanted something simple and more “grown-up“ to replace the plastic cups that I’ve had since college. They arrived quickly, packed well, and looked just as simple as classy as I had wanted. I immediately rinsed them out and placed them in my drying rack, but was disappointed when one had a big chip break off immediately, just from rinsing and drying. I emailed the seller to see if there was anyway to replace the single glass that broke. I was told the new glass would be shipped right away, no extra charge, and it was honestly the easiest customer service interaction I think I’ve ever had. As if that wasn’t enough, and to my surprise, just a couple of days later another complete set of glasses showed up at my doorstep! Thank you so much, Libby, I now have all the glasses I could ever want, and your customer service pretty much made my day. Definitely worth five stars all around.

Title: Classic, Good-looking, High-Quality
Review: I love the size of these glasses, they aren’t huge…so if you’re looking for a BIG glass for chugging water, this isn’t it. But if you want something reasonably-sized that doesn’t take up a ton of space in your cupboard, get these. They have a nice weight, wash up well in the dishwasher with no cloudiness, with a sleek and timeless design. I upgraded my glassware and am glad I went with this option. Perfect packaging was a plus.

Title: Beautiful, strong and fits in my dishwasher!
Review: I had been searching for drinking glasses that were pretty, strong, were a pleasure to drink from and narrow enough to fit in my dishwasher (between the tines.) I tried several brands, but was never satisfied. This set fit the bill!

Title: Love them, but concerned about quality
Review: I absolutely love these glasses. I love the look and how simple they are. However, one broke today while washing it. I didn’t drop it or anything. I don’t have a dishwasher so I wash them by hand. It broke while I was scrubbing it. Makes me concerned about them lasting.

Title: BRITTLE! DO NOT BUY!
Review: I do not usually do product reviews, but felt compelled on this product. These glasses are extremely brittle. Day one I was getting ice out of the fridge ice machine. The ice falling into the glass was enough to break one. They broke in the top rack of the dishwasher. Our last pair of glasses survived 7 years and only broke if accidently dropped. Half of these broke within 2 months with just everyday use. We had to purchase another generic set from Walmart.

Review: In love with these glasses! Fits in cabinets really well. It’s clear glass in color no turbidity. As far as appearance looks really good you can tell they’re quality glasses. I put these in my dishwasher and none has chipped or broken so the performance has held up pretty well

Review: I had a set from Target I bought in 2015, which were made by Libbey Glass as well. I recently broke two glasses and bought these to be replacements. They are exactly like the set I got from Target years ago. Excellent, sleek, chic glasses perfect for everyday use or for elegant barware. A+
