Title: Simple assembly, installation and good reception
Review: + Simple assembly+ Easy installation in home attic+ Good DTV picture for metropolitan area digital signals (VHF-Hi, UHF)Additional info:+ Minneapolis/St. Paul metropolitan area home has a distance to towers <=12 miles (channels discovered)+ Broadcast towers are all north of home spread out in a cone of 50 degrees (thus needed omni directional antenna). I had previously tried a traditional directional antenna, but could only get good reception on local channels the antenna was pointed at even though strong local signals+ Mounted inside south side knee wall (attic), despite towers north of home (because existing cable location) so line of site to towers is blocked by 2nd floor living space and stucco exterior+ House has ~200 total linear feet of coaxial cable that runs from antenna --> filter/amp (included in product) --> split out to 4 TVs+ I originally switched off the included amplifier, but TVs could not detect the channels, after turning on the included amplifier the TVs picked up the 81 stations in the immediate local area+ Significantly weaker broadcast signals that are >20 miles were not found with my HD TVs (all <=16years old or newer)

Title: This antenna rocks
Review: I recently got rid of DISH because all I ever did watch on. It was local stations with the exception of a couple of channels that I can stream the likes about this is it set up easy and it works well. It will download what it tells you is 80 digital channels, but on average youâll receive about 38 to 42 of them that actually have something on them but at the same time they are crystal clear and wonderful comes up with a guide and everything just like a cable system, itâs a wonderful TV and tennis system that works well. The only thing I think AnTop could add to their package would be a TV splitter for four more TVs. That was the only thing I had to purchase outside of the kit that it came with other than that it rocks. It receives well, and Iâm pleased with it.

Title: Location, Location, Location!
Review: We live in an urban area, with a large hill between us and most of the major TV transmitters. Previous experiments with indoor directional antennas gave us relatively few stations (when mounted on one side of the house) and relatively few, but different stations on the other side. I decided to try the omnidirectional UFO antenna on a second-floor outdoor porch. Mounting was easy, using the pole mount on a baluster. Reception was better, but some important stations were missing. I moved it to the other corner of the porch, where I hoped that we might get signals reflected off a nearby apartment building. Success! All the channels we wanted, and in good quality, despite what must be ferocious multipath. In the spring, when it is safe to use a ladder, I plan to try to fasten it to the porch post, closer to the roof, to clear up the last bit of occasional jitter.

Title: Works well when replace the wall wart power supply with a transformer class 2 power pack.
Review: 07/30/2023 Update:Sadly, this antenna has failed in 9 months because its not water proof on the top where the verticle element sits. There is no seal or oring and water has leaked inside and filled it up completely.Changed this review to 1-star because I emailed the company directly for warranty support and like others have stated, NO responce from Antop USA whats so ever.-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------This antenna was used for a house antenna. It does work and was surprised that it indeed picksup the stronger local stations, but because it came with a switch mode power pack, even with no built in ferrite bead choke (you know, that budge on the ends of some cables) some stations withless than 75 out of 100 full strength comes in pixelated and many errors. Its a very bad choice to include the modern day switch mode power pack for any receiver or any rf receiving type product. Switching type power packs are inherently very noisy and spray hash and interference into itself and the antenna's pre-amp.Had to dig in my 1980's junk box and replace the power pack with a 12 volt class 2 transformer type power pack and now the error count on weaker stations and pixelation is now gone and gets all the local stations 100% solid copy. Gave this product 3 stars for picture quality in part because of the not so proper power pack problem. Other than that, the omni direction works very well for locations with channels in different directions and no turning or aiming the antenna is nice. For future improvment, please include a class 2 power pack, thanks....

Title: Cut the cord
Review: So this is one of my new ways to get TV I got this just for the local news stations. It picks up 42 different channels in my area It was super easy plug and play It does not need to be plugged in at the antenna like the old versions you can plug it in by your TV at the other end of the coax cord or you don't even have to plug it in at all and it still gets 38 channels this thing is amazing hopefully it lasts a long time
