Title: LOVE this for canning!
Review: I didn't think I'd like this or use it as much as I do! I had sooooo many tomatoes in the garden this year, and had never canned tomato soup so I thought I would try this. I hate peeling tomato skins, so I just blended it all together. It worked fabulously! I'm thankful that the blender comes apart from the motor base, which makes it easier to clean, easier to store. Very powerful. Highly recommend.

Title: Great deal!!! Some limitations
Review: I thought this was a great purchase for the price!! Works well!However, I was specifically looking for ann immersion blender attempting to make roasted asparagus into soup. Unfortunately, this did not do the trick. I returned and purchased a Vitamix which was way over my budget, but creamed the super fibrous veggies.If you are looking for an immersion blender that does a great job on a smaller budget, this one pulverized roasted butternut squash into a smooth velvety soup, and likely rips through softer fruits and less fibrous veggies with ease! Highly recommend if you’re not a picky person like me, wanting to make asparagus soup lol!

Title: Great Kitchen Tool
Review: This is such an easy kitchen tool to use, clean and use. I like to make fruit and yogurt or ricotta cheese smoothies and they can be made so quickly. This tool is powerful, well built, the blade portion is dishwasher safe, easy to dissemble and put back together. I haven't used it while cooking though, I'm sure it would do a great job, but the cord isn't long enough to reach.

Title: So useful!
Review: We got our immersion blender on sale and we absolutely love it and have made so many dishes using it. It works well and it's easy to use and to clean. It's sleek and small and fits in a drawer unlike my bulky food processor and blender we hardly use. I wouldn't recommend using it for it regularly because I'm sure it will dull the blades but it will even crush ice. Very good quality and so many uses. Great buy!

Review: I purchased this blender to make creamy soups. The first soup I made was a creamy broccoli soup. The immersion blender worked perfectly for this. I highly recommend this blender and it can be used for other chopping tasks as well. It is easy to clean and store away.

Review: We always used a countertop blender but due to cleaning involved after each use we started to use it less and less over the time. This hand blender makes the cleaning job much easier and faster, yet it has the power to perform most blending jobs. As we only use it for our daily blending jobs, the fact that you have to keep pressing the power button is no big deal for us. My wife and I don't have really small hands but someone who does might find the body of the blender a bit too thick and would perhaps appreciate a constant power ON switch. This aside, the blender seems to be well made and has good power. Only time will tell how long it will last.
