Title: Great Recipe Book!
Review: Strawberry Love: 45 Sweet and Savory Recipes for Shortcakes, Hand Pies, Salads, Salsas, and More by Cynthia GraubartPublisher: Storey PublishingGenre: Cooking, Food & WinePublication Date: April 27, 2021It is Strawberry Festival time here in Poteet, TX, so Strawberry Love by Cynthia Graubart is required reading! (The Strawberry Festival is Poteet's main attraction.)There are 45 recipes and they are broken into Bright Mornings, Savory Delights, and Sweet Treats. The introduction provides great tips on selecting strawberries, picking your own, storing, and even how to cut a strawberry. There are so many recipes that I want to try! Where do I even start? The Strawberry Crumb Cake looks amazing and not that difficult to make. I look forward to making the Small-Batch Refrigerator Strawberry Jam. It looks really easy and would definitely get eaten in my house! I think the Fish Tacos with Strawberry Salsa sounds to die for (my husband vetoed the salsa, so he can use the jarred stuff), but I would omit the Avocado Cream because I just can't eat avocadoes. I can't decide if I will make the Skillet Strawberry Cobbler or the Oatmeal-Crumble Strawberry Crisp first! Also, I'll be making the Rustic Strawberry Galette because I love how light that kind of pies are.I'm definitely excited about this recipe book! I recommend it to anyone who loves strawberries!I'm so grateful to Cynthia Graubart, Storey Publishing, and NetGalley for providing me with a free copy of this ARC ebook in exchange for my honest review.

Title: Yum
Review: Strawberries are my absolute favorite fruit so when this beauty was offered on NetGalley I grabbed it. It is full of fabulous-sounding recipes so that I could have strawberries for breakfast (coffee cake, danish, muffins, or waffles), lunch (gazpacho, hamburger sliders, strawberry, burrata and arugula salad) or dinner (pork chops, sautéed chicken breasts, or fish tacos) not to mention happy hour or dessert. The recipes are simple and generally use ingredients I have in the house and they can be put together relatively quickly. The book includes photos of most of the recipes as well as some general tips on dealing with strawberries. All in all a real winner here. Grade: B+

Title: A Delicious Strawberry Treat
Review: This was a delightful and delicious cookbook all about strawberries that had my mouth watering at the first recipe. At the beginning you'll find wonderful tips for cooking strawberries, how to store them, the best time to pick them, how best to freeze strawberries, and even how you can dry them. All helpful in getting the most out of your strawberries which I found quite helpful. I first made my way through the whole cookbook and picked out several recipes that I knew I would want to try. I like using a cast iron pan so I made the Skillet Strawberry Cobbler and it was delicious. I also tried the Skillet Strawberry Chocolate Chip Cookie because the combination of strawberries and chocolate is always a hit. The Strawberry Crumb Cake recipe was easy to follow and turned out beautifully, I found it great for breakfast to go along with a cup of coffee. I also made the Sour Cream Strawberry Waffles because I love coming across new ways to make Waffles. There are also some lovely savory style dishes that I can't wait to try I was just in a sweet mood when trying out recipes. If you are a lover of Strawberries this is definitely a must read.

Title: Fantastic cookbook
Review: Thank you NetGalley, Cynthia Graubart and Storey Publishing for the ARC copy of Strawberry Love. This is my personal review.I love everything about strawberries. This book was a pure joy for me to read. From the beginning where I got a bit of history of strawberries to tips for cooking with them giving me ideas for the best ingredients to use when making the recipes provided.I could not pick out my favorite recipe from all that were in the book. Strawberry Crumb Cake was the first one I read, and I thought it would not be topped by any others, but I was wrong. There were so many great ones that I could not choose by the time I got to the last recipe. The illustrations with each recipe just added to the wonderful book. This book will be given by me to all the wonderful cooks in my family. This is surely a keeper to add to my cookbook collection.

Title: My favorite Berry
Review: I received a copy of this book for a fair and honest review. Strawberry is my favorite fruit and flavor of all time. So seeing them made in to syrup for pancakes, smoothies, pies, and so much more made my soul very happy. When I was looking through the recipes in this book it brought back memories of being wild strawberries in the summer time and eating them with vanilla ice cream. It was just a book that made me feel so happy and love that berry even more.

Title: A recipe collection for strawberry lovers
Review: Well laid out collection of delicious sounding strawberry recipes, sounding so good, I don’t plan on waiting for my plants to bear fruit. I will instead grab some at the store to get a jump start on marking my favorites. I expect multiple requests for repeats just by reading the recipes. I requested and received a NetGalley ARC to peruse gratis and offer my opinion same.
