Title: Sturdy cooler
Review: This is a nice cooler. Very sturdy. Holds up well in the back of my Jeep. The wheels and handle make it nice to move around when it's full of ice and drinks.

Title: Initial thought, not impressed. Second thought.... little more impressed
Review: Had what I thought was a similar igloo cooler that has gotten stolen. Quality vs the other i had is definitely worse. Rubber latches seen lose, they only latch onto the thin plastic liner from the inside of the cooler. Edges of the liner are still jacked from the mold. Handles are softer plastic than the cheap $40 cooler. Telescoping handing to pull the cooler seems like it wants flimsy enough to break while the cooler is stoll empty. Going to test it out, see how it holds ice, might be good enough for a truck bed, probably wouldnt wheel it down to the river bank. Will update the score later on if thoughts changeEDIT: dropped this cooler on the pavement at â45mph. Ice chest hit the wheel flipped and landed on the lid and skid about 50ft. Never opened, both latches still shut. Only damage was a bent axel that they don't seem to have available for sale. Don't know how long the handle will last but seem tougher than I initially thought

Title: First review for this? If there were i probably wouldn't have purchased
Review: It's lightweight. That's about all it's got going for it. It's obviously not a Yeti but everything about it feels really cheap and like it will not last long. Many design choices went into this that must have been based purely on economy of manufacturing... which likely justify it costing less than others but when you factor in a miserable vacation or camping trip or hours/ gas spent going to get ice, or a sprained hand/wrist attempting to close it, a good cooler and unfortunately the expense of a good one can seem justifiable. This one has a weak, flexing, thin aluminum handle that must be collapsed completely to open the lid and sticks so you must really yank it. It's strength & longevity if actually used when this cooler is full is highly suspect especially with marginal overlap of the telescoping lengths and the plastic stops. Then there's the rigid handles which don't fold down unless you have room (about 6") on both sides of the cooler. -so if its set down and you've packed around it they wont fold flat unless you lift it back out somehow and when you do you now have no way to lift it from above. These also feel like without some flex would easily break with any lateral force and if anything were designed to slide it should have been these sjnce even folded stick out over an inch. Now for the worst problem: It seems they've jumped on the gasket and rubber latch idea but maybe the competition has a patent on leveraged stretch clasps because these are so wrong its comical. These non-leveraging rubber latches make closing it near impossible unless you'r under the cooler! So unless you have the proper position and wrist strength to stretch them over the hooks you will not be getting into it again after it is packed into your vehicle. I find it hard to believe the elongation and contraction of the rubber is enough to make it watertight. The interior is larger than typical roto molded coolers so at least you get more room with these thinner sides? ...but I would guess you're losing insulation and why is it such a dark grey?? I don't understand why anyone would use a dark color for a cooler- if it's accidentally left in the sun for even a short time, the absorbed radiation will thermally transfer to the interior. Speaking of, it lldoesn't have a flat interior bottom but at least the drain is in the right spot if you can find a way to keep it tilted back. The wheels are pressed onto the axle and I can't see how you'd remove them if you needed to replace them but at least its a full length 1/4" steel rod. There is about 2" of clearance to the pull handle so transporting the cooler on them will only work on very flat, hard ground (concrete) and should not be actually considered a "trail mate" unless your looking to get f&$@ed out on the trail.
