Title: Best lawn mower ever
Review: This mower is light weight, easy to use, does a great job and the batteries last for a long time. I can mow my front and back yard, as well as use one of the batteries to use my craftsman weed eater, on one charge. I love not having to fill the oil and fuel, or have to pull start like the mowers I’ve had before.

Title: Works great
Review: I'm in coastal Georgia, which means it is hot and humid. Fortunately, I have a small yard. This mower is light and powerful making it easy to mow on a hot day. I have the Craftsman line trimmer and blower as well so it's nice to have matching batteries and multiple chargers.

Title: Do not buy this pos
Review: Whatever you do don’t buy this product turn and run from craftsman yard tools. fisher price could have designed a better mower I don’t know where to even start everything is plastic which makes it light but that doesn’t matter when the bar hight is set for Shaq and it immediately lifts the back wheels of the ground and doesn’t move you are constantly fighting it and it doesn’t even cut good the blade is only 2 inches on each side (which is really bad) and needs sharpened every 2 cuts or it just pushes your grass over and if not will leave your lawn with Mohawks all over “but at least it can finish 1 yard” wrong after a couple of cycles the batteries fade and it can only get through 3/4 of a yard that cut once a week and not only that the bolt that holds the blade is threaded the wrong direction so it gets loser and on mine melted the little plastic protector Peace (which u can’t find anywhere) it would please me to see this thing burn down to the ground Which it might do because one time it just died and started smoking but for now I am stuck with this pos buy a gas mower they are simply better and cheaper because you don’t have to replace them every 2 years.

Title: Much more powerful than I expected.
Review: Works well if you have realistic expectations.First off, it's powerful. Certainly more powerful than my old 5 horsepower gasoline powered mower ever was. I'm on a 1/2 acre lot and can mow my front and back yard on a single charge with the included 5AH batteries, but just barely. If the grass is wet or extra tall then I have to change out batteries or let the batteries charge for a bit.My only real complaint is that the blade speed is MUCH slower than a gasoline mower. This makes sense as electric motors have more torque, so increased speed would just reduce battery life... but it's also a bit annoying as it doesn't throw grass as well as gas alternatives. It tends to leave wind-rows of grass, and tends to clog up with grass quite easily if the grass is damp.Realistically, this mower makes a lot of sense for people who already have various craftsman power tools, batteries, and chargers. I'd probably choose a different one if I hadn't already bought into the craftsman eco-system.Dropping one star because the included chargers don't match the pictures and don't mount to a wall very well.

Title: PERFECT FOR SMALL (1/3 ACRE OR SO) YARDS - DONT MISS A MOWING THOUGH
Review: likes (probably the same for all electric powered mowers):* very lightweight - even my 98 lb daughter-n-law liked it when we were out of town* very maneuverable/transportable - no problem picking it up to move around an obstacle or moving it to another location* good battery life so far (2 months or so after purchase) - recharges in relatively small period of time (less than 6 hrs)* don't have to deal with the hazards of gas cans - keeping that ticking time bomb in my garage - going to fill it up and transporting it - getting gas on my hands - etc* surprisingly decent torque through the cut most the time as compared to gas powered engines - although don't miss a mowing or any electric mower will struggle to catch up* eliminates noise pollution - don't need ear plugs to operate and won't wake up the wife at 6 am - the wife loves this and is her fav part of this new mower - notice it's my #5 "like"Neutral opinion* reduces carbon emissions at your property - which your trees/bushes/plants will HATE you for - it does NOT actually reduce the overall carbon emissions since it uses more electricity - which mostly comes from fossil fueled power plants which must burn more carbon-based fuels in order to generate the added power that this electric mower needs- God created the real "circle of life" - carbon dioxide (CO2) emissions are needed by plant life to generate oxygen which animal life needs - which then generates CO2 which plant life needs... Regardless of all the "CO2 is building green-house gas CNN BS", The earth's atmosphere air balance remains CONSTANT for the last 300 years that it has been measured - 20.9% O2 / 78.1% N / 0.9% Ar / 0.1% water vapor plus minute mathematically negligible traces of other gases such as CO2 - Ar at less than 1% volume is about 23 times more abundant than CO2 which all plant life on our planet NEEDS to generate O2 that animal life needs - so why are people actually trying to reduce CO2????????? It is literally so small you can't measure it except with the highest level of lab atomic measurement devices! it is truly an endangered chemical gas compound!dislikes (probably the same for all electric powered mowers):* have a spare set of batteries however - 2 times now the (2) mower batteries died literally on the last 10' long line of grass to mow* don't miss a mowing or any electric mower will struggle to catch up* weakening torque of the blade through the grass cut as the batteries lose charge in the last 20% or so of the charge - this can lead to inconsistency of cut and having to go back over already cut sections of grassOverall I'm very happy with my purchase - I also purchased the CRAFTSMAN V20 series electric cordless rechargeable items below that i also like:* hedge trimmer* blower* weed eater

Title: This mower has blown my mind!
Review: I have always been a gas guy. My father instilled in me the old adage that battery equipment is weaker. Well ive only bought craftmans. Started with a drill, then an impact, then a weedwacker, then a blower and an extendable hedge and my latest purchase is the mower. This thing just works. It provides a beautifully smooth cut across the lawn. It is so like my 7 year old can push it. It is so quiet i can hear hear the birds chirping. The only draw back that ive seen after 4-5 uses so far is battery life. Its about a 45 minute cut and it start to die after 35. Now it starts losing power and binding up when the battery is dying. Now for me with only buying craftsman i have several batteries and they are all interchangeable. But there are some aftermarket batteries that work and work well if you dont want or cant afford the b20 boys. Press a button, squeeze the bar, get to mowing. I AM THOROUGHLY IMPRESSED WITH THE MACHINE. I hope it runs for several seasons.

Review: Excellent mower for small and big yards, you get 2 large batteries which last for multiple mows for myself and I can stil use the batteries I have with my craftmen tools. Its light and easy to push around and because of that my wife and 9 year old can mow the lawn as well.Easy adjustment of hieght and easy to put away in compact spaces like under a workbench or tire rack that is low to the floor.

Review: I'm really happy so far. It easily cuts my smaller front and back yards on a single charge (it takes about 45 minutes or so for me to cut the lawn). It's simple to put together, light weight and the bagging feature actually works. It even had enough power to cut longer, damp grass. The rear bag is small and needs to be emptied frequently but that's fine. I got it to replace an increasingly troublesome gas mower.

Review: I bought this lawn mower as the first step to moving over to your line of products. I used the lawn mower for about 3 feet, when the back adjust lever, (Part # N814404), shattered, dropping the lawn mower blade right on the grass cutting it to about ½ an inch. While this upset me, it was not that big of a deal, I figured I would just order a new part and fix it.I called Craftsman Parts and the support person provided what just may be the worst customer service I have ever received. He claimed that I was giving him the wrong Part # and the wrong model # for the lawn mower, when I asked him to just google the part number or the lawn mower model number that I provided, he simply said no, he would only search his MTD system. He would not help and simply stated that I must not have a Craftsman product as the model # did not start with the numbers “11” and he would not help me any further.I then called the Customer Service # on the manual and the lady there was really nice and really did try to assist, however, she was not able to find either the Lawn Mower or the Parts in the system. I did appreciate her assistance non the less as she did see that I was not lying, and that the lawn mower did exist.Another red flag was that she said that this was the second call regarding this lawn mower, and she was not able to help them either.Based on tis experience and the inability from Craftsman to backup their own products, I will not only not support the Craftsman brand, I will also share this experience and advise others to not use this brand.Craftsman, you have lost a customer!

Review: This mower is pretty good overall. It definitely does not do well in thick and/or wet grass. It seems to sense overload and will speed up to try and compensate but this is an automatic feature. You cannot control speed - it is just on or off. First time I used it the grass might have been a bit too long for the height setting I had chosen. A couple areas I had to go over a second time. However, most of it was fine and in fairness I had let my grass get too long. Just sharing what I learned.Others claim this version (non-propelled) doesn't have a battery cover but this is not true - it DOES have a cover. The bag for catching grass is a bit small. The height adjustment levers are made of plastic and a bit flimsy but if you are paying attention and being careful this should not break like others have complained.Because all my other tools are Craftsman, including other yard equipment ( trimmer and blower) this purchase made sense for me.The mower comes with 5.0AH batteries which is great but unfortunately (and my biggest complaint) the chargers they provide are not fast chargers. The batteries literally take several hours to fully charge. The good news is that I mowed my lawn, which took about 25 mins, and the batteries still showed 3 bars of power! I have fast chargers for my other batteries which I will use instead of these. Special note: the instructions tell you to charge the batteries after every use regardless of how much power the battery indicates it has left - it is far better for batteries to be stored with full power!Overall, if you already have Craftsman tools and equipment then I would say this mower will suit your needs. Not the best cordless mower out there but far from the worst.

Review: I was hesitating to buy the ego mower, I thought their products were very good. Then, I saw this nice sleek mower, as well as other accessories that I wanted (blower, edge trimmer). Their product line is, in my opinion, a great and cheaper alternative to the ego line. The mower is sleek, light, easy to use. It’s not very simple to fold, so I keep it unfolded most of the time. The mower has 2 speeds, which is switches automatically depending on the torque it provides: if the workload is light, it will use its low speed, but if it detects that the lawn is difficult to cut, it will automatically switch to a higher speed. It does so very fast and automatically, so it’s a breeze to use.I’m prefer mulching, and the mower supports it. It does come with a rear bag and a side chute, but I’m not a fan of those. If you want an electric mower with good performance and easy to use, this is it.

Customers say

Customers like the effectiveness, lightweight, and battery life of the lawn mower. They mention it provides a beautifully smooth cut across the lawn and is easy to maneuver. Some also appreciate the noise level. However, some customers dislike its durability and sturdiness.
