Title: Whole room heat whisper quiet
Review: Every once in a while you hit the lottery! This thing is quiet, puts out a good amount of heat rapidly, and cycles on and off when it reaches temperature to maintain comfort level that you set. It’s within a degree of accuracy, better than my HVAC unit! So, it’s used in a basement bedroom to augment HVAC, probably 300 sq ft space, and it keeps the area nice and toasty! Great purchase! Very pleased! Remote works well, has a high and low fan setting, and an accurate thermostat.

Title: Slim, wall-mounted, easy to use and perfect for small/medium space.
Review: We are really pleased with this heater so far. Bought for a bathroom as supplemental heating to main house heating. The product looks clean, smart and modern and functions just the same. The Wifi is a must and the main reason i purchased this device. The app allows you to control the heater from the phone but more importantly to schedule the device to turn on and turn off at preset times (like early morning), at your desired temperature, and on your choices of days (like "work days only" as an example). The heater works by radiant heat but also has a blower. The blower is not overly loud. There are 3 selectable modes for the blower/heat power: Low, High and Auto. Auto mode operates at full power (100%) until the room (ambient) temperature is within a degree or so of the set (desired) temperature and then it "throttles down" to 50% until the room is up to the desired set temperature. High and Low modes simply operate at High (100%) or Low (50%) continually until the desired temperature is achieved and the thermostat turns the product off, the same as a normal HVAC thermostat control. We simply leave it on Auto mode. The display panel is excellent, you can modify the brightness if desired (also from the app!). The current temperature is displayed and you can manually adjust the set level using the + or - keys (it's essentially a touch screen display almost). The new set temperature will flash for a few seconds for you to see (when adjusted) and then the display returns to the ambient temperature as the heater attempts to meet the set level. Both levels (set and ambient) are displayed together on the app so you can see what the room is and what your appliance is trying to get to. I put a new outlet in the bathroom wall and strategically located the outlet at the rear where there is a large cable storage area with a removable storage cover recessed into the rear plastic body of the heater. This way the cord and outlet are not seen when mounted and it is flush to the wall - it looks great this way and looks like it is "hard-wired" - i included a photo. Note that the rating is 1500Watts which is approximately 12.5 Amps so take this into account if you have other loads on your circuit for wire and breaker sizing but remember that this is a continuous maximum rating (100% power) and this product is not designed to run at 100% indefinitely (since it is thermostat controlled). Also be aware that any bathroom outlets need to be GFCI (although this device does not have a ground pin - it does not exempt an additional outlet from being a GFCI). As always, you should consult a certified electrician and adhere to all code regulations especially for bathroom, kitchen or similar applications. The only issue encountered was during initial wifi setup. When downloading the Smart Life app the initial app install asked for some generic global settings about locations services and out of an abundance of caution i declined some of them (security / privacy reasons). After 30 minutes of frustration trying to discover the device using the EZ connect method and then the manual AP method i finally realized that one of these settings was preventing the discovery of the heater on my network. I was just about to call the help line. (Under iPhone General Settings>Smart Life>Local Network slider should be "on" to "allow Smart Life to access". This is not in the App set up or in the product literature. If this is not set to "on" the heater will not connect at all. As soon as i changed it to on it became available. Since then the Wifi has been consistent and never dropped once in 2 weeks. When the unit is unplugged from the outlet for a long duration the settings remain and so the unit reconnects automatically without user intervention (in case of power outage). The unit is wall mount only but i believe that feet for floor standing are available for purchase from the seller via Amazon. In summary, this was a great purchase for looks, functionality, convenience and performance. Highly Recommended and i am not easily pleased!

Title: Heat Storm Phoenix HS-1500-PHX
Review: I have searched everywhere online and with friends and family for help finding a heater that would warm a camper and have not been able to find anything so I just have to say being the first one to do it that so far I am in love with this heater. Although it has only been a few days that I have been using this heater I will update this when it starts getting really cold. But as of right now 10/21/2023 I absolutely love this heater. I live in a 5th Wheel camper so I was worried that I wouldn't be able to find a heater that could not only heat the camper but not run constantly and seeing there is no reviews you really have to do some research. Good news is this heater so far has been amazing. It not only heats the entire 5th wheel but keeps it comfortable. I have mine set to the auto setting at 70° and where the temperature has dropped outside to 30° at night. I have stayed warm without having to find another heat source to accompany it. I also love that it stays cool to the touch above the heating element, back and top of the heater being it is on the ground and I have small dogs that had to be nosey and check it out...lol. One of main concerns when buying this was it flipping the breaker being that it is being used in a camper. This heater does not do that. It runs so quietly, effectively and efficiently. Also if it tips over it does shut off as well. I also like I am able to use other things in my home without worrying about flipping the breaker. Which is a plus in my book. I love that it has 2 lifetime filters on each side that can be easily removed for cleaning and the remote control is a plus also. I like the large LCD screen that is touch screen if you choose not to use the remote which will allow you to accurately choose the temperature that you would like without playing the guessing game. I also like the fact that I am sitting across the room and can feel the heat coming from it. When it gets to the temperature it kicks off and the quiet little fan cools off the heating elements getting it ready for the next cycle. I also like that it does not take very long to heat up my home for example when I leave and I get back and turn it on. Unlike my previous heater which was noisy and took forever it seemed like just to get the chill out of the air. I would definitely recommend this heater for anyone looking to heat a small area under 700 to 1,000 square feet. If at any time my opinion changes for example when it gets really cold outside I will be absolutely certain to update my review but as of today I am so thankful that I bought it. Hopefully if you are a 5th wheel owner like myself and have a well insulated home like mine this will be of help to you also when considering your next purchase of a heater to heat your home.

Review: I have a small 900 sq. ft. cottage in a SW BC beach community. My 25 year old gas furnace finally had to be turned off due to CO emissions after its pre-winter maintenance test.I use wi-fi enabled smart devices, and was happy to discover the HEAT STORM HS-1500 was an alternative to a baseboard heater, has a fan, wi-fi and integrates to Alexa, and not hard-wired. Because this item was sold and shipped by Amazon, I took a chance to order as it meant if it did not suit my purpose, the return would be easy (no 3rd party issues).I selected the wall-mount model for a space under a large kitchen window and central to my home. Super easy to wall-mount with the included template and took all of 5 minutes. Turned it on and found the booklet instructions to change from F to C. Setup my wi-fi and paired it to Alexa.I have it set to come on to 18C at 05:15am and by 05:30 our day begins. There is a fan which you can set to low and it is not noticed after a while. The white area of the unit is not hot to the touch so if either me or my dog brushes it there is no "OW".I use a couple of oil-filled portable radiators in my two bedrooms off the kitchen area and have found the HS-1500 warms not just my kitchen area but adds warmth in the early mornings to those as well.Very happy that I was able to find an easy to manage, affordable solution to help keep my home warm this winter, and don't want frozen pipes.

Review: We live in an older home in a spot in Northern Canada where - 30 C is not at all uncommon. We've gone through a fair number of space heaters - they either die, or seem like they might be dying and don't want to see what that looks like when it happens. These units are really, really good. They serve as effective secondary heat when the registers aren't kicking out enough warm air, and the auto power setting heats the room up quickly despite operating at a lower wattage. They're fast, and a cool down process is factored in when you turn off the power after running it for a while, so the heater itself isn't subject to the heat stress it would go through if you just unplugged it. They're extremely portable so you can take them from one room to the next, and they can also be attached to a wall if you're limited on the floorspace. We're running two of these units in the basement sutie - one in a family room and one in a bedroom. I highly recomment them.My only issue is the lack of WiFi connectivity on the models with the floor stand, but WiFi for the ones that are wall only.It might be a technology thing that makes perfect sense, but it seems like it's something that could be added and while not really expensive, at $250 average for each heater it's a price point the company could throw in something extra on.Having said that, I am thoroughly impressed with these and highly recommend them.

Review: Very happy with this heater. Using it to heat a sunroom that was previously unheated and closed up in the winter. Keeps the room very comfortable so far even though we have had several days below freezing. The WiFi works well and the Smart Life app makes it is easy to program the heater to set different temperatures for different times of the day. One thing I would change is the control panel in the unit. It’s a touch panel that does not stay lit up so you don’t know where the buttons are until you press one of the buttons, which is hit or miss. It’s finicky even to turn the unit on or of with the physical buttons. For this reason, I always use Alexa (also works well) or the app on my phone to control the heater. As you might expect, the heater consumes a lot of power - more than other 1500 watt heaters I have used. I have it on an energy monitoring plug. So far in November in Toronto I am averaging about 20 kWh/day running it 24/7 keeping the room at 21 degrees Celsius. I expect in the dead of winter that will go to 30 kWh/day. Worth it for us for the added space during a pandemic winter. So, as a heater alone I would give it 4 stars, but given the excellent WiFi functionality I’m giving it 5 stars.

Customers say

Customers like the heat output, ease of installation, and noise level of the space heater. They mention it heats the inside of their mobile homes, works well, and is easy to integrate with Google Home. Some also like its nice looks and compactness. However, some customers have different opinions on the value for money and WiFi capability.
