Title: Easy, convenient
Review: So easy to grab a handful and throw in a soup or stew. It reconstitutes well on its own there. When making hash or casserole, it only takes a few minutes of soaking in hot water to be ready to go. I got so tired of throwing out potatoes that went bad before I could use them all, and this is a perfect solution for me. Theyâre also great for camp meals.

Title: Where are the directions?
Review: I have never used dried, diced potatoes before. There are no directions, guidelines or recipes anywhere on the container or inside! Label says 15 grams equals a serving? What size serving? Turns out you need to soak the diced potatoes overnight and then drain them to add to scrambled eggs, for instance. 15 grams yields about 1/3 cup of rehydrated diced potatoes (a serving?). Apparently, they are best added to soups and stews. I tried calling the number in Utah listed on the label and couldn't get through to customer service. Don't think I will buy these again.
