Review: I buy summer sausage on a regular basis, but I've never tried this brand. For the price and size, I ordered 2 with hopes I wouldn't be disappointed in the flavor, I was not. This is so much better than the brand I was buying in the store. I love the fact that it is beef and not the mixed type we normally buy. It's fresh, makes a great snack on crackers, with or without cheese, and just has a more robust flavor than I'm used to. I will be buying this brand from now on. It arrived quickly and certainly didn't disappoint! On a platter with stone mustard, cheese, crackers, grapes, etc. this would be a great party tray. I would proudly serve this.
