Review: First time I’ve ever used mouth tape, and this one is effective, but also does not close the entire mouth, which my doctor says is important for safety while sleeping. Stays on well and does not give me rashes or breakouts. I recommend.

Title: Surprisingly pleasant
Review: I was nervous to use these as I thought I’d panic once I out it in place. The material is a bit forgiving and it’s not too difficult to take off when needed. Most times it stays put throughout the night. A few times I’ve taken it off in the middle of the night to drink water and I don’t reapply it- I’ve found that my mouth is closed when I wake up so I can’t help to think it’s also conditioning me to naturally close my mouth. If you’re on the fence, I’d give it a try. You might find it’s much easier than expected.

Title: Great Value
Review: Exactly what I wanted out of a mouth tape. The adhesive is strong, yet not uncomfortable to peel off in the AM. On the rare occasion that I need to remove and put back on, even more than once, the adhesive still works. I have sensitive skin and it’s been totally fine, no skin reactions. You also get so many strips in the box, it’s a great value. I’m sleeping much better without mouth breathing!

Review: The tape works as stated. It stays on all night and does not hurt to take off in the morning. Does not irritate the skin or pull on my lips. I actually woke up not as exhausted as I typically do. I am looking forward to continue using the tape.
