Review: Works amazing. Disperses heat evenly. A must if using a grill somewhere like a state park or to just keep the flame from directly burning the meat/veggies on the grill. We rented an Airbnb in Maine and the house came with a gas grille. Since it wasn’t my grille and it needed attention I just used my copper sheets that week. Easy clean up and my food didn’t contact the old grille residue. Works great on pellet smoker too.

Title: Clean Cooking with Copper
Review: If you don't like how your Father's day steaks taste like Mother's day hotdogs, I'm glad you're here. There's a lot to say about this product even if they're just a simple copper sheet. I originally bought this product to keep my grill grates clean on my new grill. I have used the grill nearly 50 times already and the results speak for themselves. The first picture shows that after 50 uses my grill grates are still near spotless and never cleaned due to the copper sheets. Next is size, I have a 26" wide grill. Two sheets cover the entire grill surface with a 2" overlap. I think you would need 2 sheets to cover a grill of any size picture shown in picture 2. Next is multi functionality. We have all gotten frustrated watching the inevitable loss of a piece of asparagus or thin slice squash to the fiery underworld below the grates. Currently with the copper sheets I have had an astonishing 0% casualty rate. "50 grills since our last accident" as they say. I've done "Greens, Beans, Tomatoes, Potatoes, Yam, Lamb, Ham, YOU NAME IT! on these sheets. They are also a great substitute for the griddle we all want but can't throw our money at. If your wondering if they still allow you to get that criss-cross sear, yes with no extra effort. Finally, reusability, honestly it wish it was more. I've tried to wash them off, which can be done but it's definitely a task. They just have a hard time with fat and butter, seen in picture 3. In contrast that burnt grease would be on your grates instead and you would have to scrape it off with a wire brush. With these, you can just pick up this copper sheet and your done in literally a second. I have also included a picture of a sheet after a round of hot dogs I cooked today picture 4. I get about 5 grills out of one sheet, I bought 9. Lastly, put the sheets on after starting the grill. They tend to trap the gas. After my second experiment with them I nearly left looking like Voldemort. Overall, pretty awesome product, that takes all of the non fun things away from grilling leaving you with a quick, easy, fun time. Just a couple negs away from a perfect 5 star review.
