Title: Great For Spice Lovers!
Review: I love the Chili Crisps! I am a huge sucker for spicy food so having these around to add to really any meal is so great! Spices up my meal one crisp at a time! 10/10 and highly recommend for my fellow spice enthusiasts!

Title: Great chili crisp flavors!
Review: This variety pack is perfect for trying out different flavors with my usual recipes throughout the week. I was expecting to like the original and garlic flavors, but the pine nut was a nice surprise! The jars should last a good while because you don't need too much of the crisp to get that spicy kick. Compared to what you pay at one of those organic food stores, the quality really holds up for the price I paid and even the packaging is so well done!

Title: Really nice chili crisps
Review: I really enjoyed two out of the three variants of this sichuan chili crisp sauces. The garlic variety is *really* garlicky and even I, he with the iron stomach, needed an antacid after eating it. It was amazingly good though, with lots of depth beyond just the garlic, and good solid heat but not overpowering. The original variety was excellent too and probably my favorite. I did not care for the pine nut variety though, though it's delicious at first, it leaves that weird aftertaste that pine nut sometimes has which I just do not find appealing. My partner ended up eating that one pretty much exclusively. Still, if you don't have the gene or whatever that makes pine nut oils taste a bit rancid then you'll probably love all three.

Title: Contain ingredients that weren't for me
Review: I didn't get to look at the ingredients of these before I selected them and once I did I elected not to try them. It said real and authentic crisps in oil and I assumed that meant natural but they contain things like maltodextrin, artificial flavors, flavor enhancers, etc. I'll have to leave it up to others to say how these taste.

Title: Awesome new brand of Chinese chili crisp!
Review: So, I love chinese chili oils and chili crisp. To the point where I bought some Szechuan peppercorns and fermented black beans to start making my own. My normal go to brand for chili oils is Fly By Jing. It's made in China, and it has all the ingredients of a great chili crisp oil. However, I've always wanted to try LaoGanMa, as that is the chili crisp oil that started the TikTok craze. So, I ordered a big one of those, and I loved it. It has a certain interesting funky nuttiness that's hard to describe. But, it smells and tastes like what I would consider authentic Chinese. So, how does this brand compare to those two? It's really good. It's much more chunky and less oily than Fly By Jing. So far, the two varieties I've tried are the garlic and pine nut, and the garlic has an intense roasted garlic flavor, whereas the pine nut has a very pronounced nutty flavor. They complement the traditional Chinese chili crisp underneath. So, it's hard to gauge them one on one with the two other brands that I enjoy. The one thing though is this chili crisp lacks that funky nuttiness of LaoGanMa that makes it taste and smell like really authentic Chinese food. This chili crisp is somewhat neutral in tone, like the Fly By Jing brand. But, the flavor is an umami bomb. You have that salty black beans with the chilis and garlic. So good. What can you use this stuff in? All kinds of things. The more traditional stuff I can think of is: top it on eggs, like I did, or pizza, or egg rolls / spring rolls. If you make mapo tofu from store bought mapo sauce, add a bunch of this to it to really make it shine. Real mapo tofu requires Szechuan peppercorns, and I find it lacking in any store bought mapo tofu. You can add it to Japanese curries, top off Japanese ramen. But, what I really love using this stuff for is to make Chinese chili noodles. OMG. Just look up some recipes, and when you add this stuff, it is absolute BOMB.Anyways, watch my video, and you can see how each compares to the other in terms of chunkiness, oil content, and crisp content.

Title: Chili crisps
Review: It pairs very well with jasmine rice and seaweed. The spice and crunch add great texture and flavoring to the dish. I recommend pairing it with rice, noodles, stir fry, fried rice and other Asian style dishes.
