Title: On the RENEW diet!
Review: Doctor Recently placed Me on the RENEW DIET:No SugarNo DairyNo Grain (including rice, quinoa, chick pea, lentil, etc)No Starch (and of course, no gluten)And so on… must be All Organic too…I found it easy at first because I could indulge in meat and fish and my favorite vegetables, however (and I know you all who have tried such elimination diets can relate); at some point, despite hunger being satisfied, you just feel like something is missing.And THAT is where this pasta comes in. It will satiate your belly and mind as if it is any other glutinous pasta. This is why I have been using it, as it has filled in that void I was feeling from not being able to eat the starch, gluten, sugar and such. I in fact have felt as full and satisfied from this product as I would having eaten the “traditional” ones.This product cooks well, did not swell much, nor lost its shape or start to dissolve if left in the pot.The taste is bland, not flavorful, which I appreciate because you can use it with just about anything, spicy to creamy to buttery, you name it, meat, vegetables or otherwise, I have found it to pair well. For sure, the pasta is pleasant and has no unwelcome flavor and the texture upholds nicely.It does contain a good amount of fiber! So if you are not used to so much, try to eat a smaller portion! I did not realize this the first time and I felt bloating in the morning (haha). It subsides quickly.If you are undecided, I say try it because the benefit far outweighs the “risk.” The cost is worth it as you will not eat it every day and what is more important than one’s health? Title: hearty, low carb pasta--amazing
Review: This low carb pasta is amazing! Although men shouldn't eat too much soy or soy products due to the female hormone mimicker in it, I throw down this protein packed meal once a week with great delight. Of course, my wife hooks it up real well, but just with butter and garlic works fine. Plus, it's the easiest to cook.

Title: I LOVE THIS STUFF!!!
Review: I LOVE this product (Edamame and Mung Bean Fettuccine). LOVE. I've tried a number of alternative pastas looking for the perfect low carb one. They've all either had too many carbs and not enough fiber to offset, completely fallen apart once cooked, or the texture and/or flavor were all wrong. But this stuff is PERFECTION.But, be aware: It's NOT pasta. If you go into it expecting it to be exactly like regular pasta, you'll be disappointed. Adjust your expectations, and it works great. To me, it is like a chewier al dente texture, which I find appealing because it holds up under even the thickest sauces and in the heaviest casseroles. It does NOT have a bean-y taste; it's pretty neutral flavor-wise, which is why I've happily used it with bolognese, veggie marinara, in turkey tetrazzini and tuna casserole, chicken and broccoli alfredo, etc. Only thing I haven't tried is "buttered noodles," because I'm not a fan.The super-high fiber content might be tough for some to adjust to digestion-wise if that's not been a regular part of their diet, but fiber is essential for me doing my low carb thing. This has the highest fiber count by far of any pasta, regular or otherwise.What I most appreciate is that this (along with spaghetti squash!) has given me the freedom to enjoy sauces and casseroles again, without fear of throwing off my numbers. I can make some regular pasta for my Italian-food-adoring husband, a little of this for myself, and we can go to town on our chicken parm and marinara together. It's a little pricey, but the freedom to eat things I love again, but in a healthier way, is worth everything to me. Again, I LOVE this stuff. I wish they'd make lasagna noodles! Come on Explore Cuisine, give the people what they want!

Title: healthy and good, but not a perfect replacement
Review: I really like this pasta. I first tried it because I was diagnosed with celiac disease. I also like that it is much healthier (very high in fiber and protein).While I like the taste and texture, it isn't the same as regular pasta. It can feel a little mushier, and the strands stick together a bit more. Flavor-wise, imagine something that is 90% the flavor of enriched wheat flour pasta, and 10% the flavor of white beans.Even if I could eat gluten again, I would probably buy this over standard pasta.
