Title: Durable and Effective
Review: I was looking for a very durable massager and this one does not disappoint. It is very large, but that's ok because it feels so good! The relief is real. You can feel the heat. You can put pressure on the arm strap to increase the intensity and it doesn't slow down the rotating massage balls. I have to buy another one because my son keeps taking mine!

Title: Freaking Amazing!
Review: OK, first I want to say I hardly ever write reviews. I started by trying this massager by sitting upright (because I read that works best). However, once I laid down, I was blow away with how deep of a massage it could actually give. I can tell it is definitely meant for the neck area, but I could literally move it throughout my entire shoulders and Lowe back and it still worked great. My knots in my neck and upper back have been horrible for years and this automatic massager relieved my tension within 20 minutes. It's not a solution to physical therapy or a chiropractor, but for around $50 bucks, you can't beat it!The heating element does take a little longer than one would expect to fully heat up. Probably have to go through at least one to two cycles which is about 10 to 15 minutes. However, once the heat kicked in, this took this device up to the next level! I did read some reviews that said the device didn't last more than 6 months. For me, even if that's the case, 100 bucks a year for a daily massage is definitely worth it to me! This was super easy to use and self-explanatory. I did look at the manual to make sure that I had the buttons figured out, but even without a manual it's pretty simple. This is been the best 50 bucks that I've spent in a while. So if you're contemplating this purchase, do yourself a favor and just get it!

Review: Won't replace the fingers and pressure of a human masseuse on a spa table, but it does provide some significant relief on shoulder blade and neck knots if you apply pressure with your arms in the straps. Works best in a standing position.

Title: Perfect for releasing stiff neck/shoulder muscles
Review: I purchased this product because i needed something that can really get deep into tissue muscles on my neck/shoulder and this massager truly does work magic! I use it every night now for a couple of minutes to get my constant stiff muscles relaxed so I can sleep. Easy to use and has a nice long cord. I like the heat option which for me, adds additional relaxation. I have only tried on my neck, shoulders and upper back as that (for now) is the only areas I have issues with pain and stiffness. The user manual shows you can use on various parts of your body to relieve tension and stiffness. I plan to purchase one of these for one of my daughters because she has constant neck pain stiffness issues.

Title: This baby works!
Review: I had been suffering with a stiff, sore neck for almost two weeks. Nothing seemed to help. Since I live alone and have nobody to help with a massage, I bought this gadget. The first time I tried it, I knew it was the answer. It could be moved around to hit just the right spots. It is quite powerful so I had to use it at a lower setting (which was easy to do). By the second time I used it I could tell my neck and shoulders were much less tense. I was sleeping better and did not awaken tied in knots.I highly recommend this massager. It does the job.

Title: Does what it is supposed to do, but could be designed better
Review: Decent product. Quite easy to use and does what it is supposed to do.: massage your neck/shoulder, rotation goes to different position, heat option. After heavily using it for 2-3 weeks, the moving part started to grab the cover fabric. I am not sure how long it will last before the fabric will get ripped. A few things could be better: (1) the shape is designed just for neck. It will be nice if it can be adjusted for lower/mid/upper back too. (2) A strap to hold the massager would help rather than having to hold it all the time. (3) the cord is pretty long, but it would help to make it longer and sturdier.Overall, decent product but hoping for some improvements for the next product. My biggest concern is that fabric might not last long-I will update this review if it rips.

Review: I often have a stiff, sore neck & shoulders. This massager hits those areas perfectly. I might use about 15 minutes at most to help loosen them up & release the pain. It gives a better, deeper massage than I expected. I like that I can just put my wrists in the "stirrups" to adjust which area I want it to work on. Money well spent if you have the same issues.

Review: This massager is a gamechanger for me. My daughter recommended it to me. It's so easy to access, not bulky so it is always at hand and ready to use. Just slip it on and I immediately feel the tension melt away from my neck and back. I also use it on my leg where I have developed bursitis. I use it as often as I can and it is worth every penny. I'm in my sixties so price and ease of use are really important to me as well as the great results. Plus the one-year free product replacement is an added bonus. Highly recommend.
