Review: This pan is absolutely perfect. The first 4 pizzas I made I sprayed it with cooking spray. After the 4th pizza I no longer use it and I have no issues with sticking. The crust is crispy. Not just the crust but underneath is crispy too. The cooking time has cut down 5 to 6 minutes as well. Perfect pizza every time. There is never a need to wash these pans. Just wipe them down with a paper towel.
