Title: Great for Daylight Photography, but Colors are Quite Warm
Review: I bought this 3-pack of Kodak Gold 200 to try something new for daytime vacation photos, and overall, Iâm pretty happy with the results. The film delivers good quality images, but the color tones are warmer than expected, leaning heavily into yellows and oranges.Pros:Good for Daylight Photography: This film performs really well in bright, sunny conditions. I used it mostly for outdoor shots during the day, and the photos came out sharp and clear.High-Quality Prints: The detail and sharpness in the images are impressive for ISO 200 film. Even though itâs a consumer-grade film, the quality is good enough for everyday shooting.Affordable and Accessible: Kodak Gold 200 is more budget-friendly compared to some other films, and the 3-pack is a great deal for those who want to experiment or just need a reliable film for casual shooting.Cons:Warm Color Tones: The main downside for me is that the colors are noticeably warm. Thereâs a strong yellow and orange cast in most of the photos, which can give them a very specific look. It works well for certain shots, but if you're looking for neutral or cooler tones, this might not be the best film for you.Limited to Daylight: While it excels in bright conditions, it doesnât perform as well in lower light without flash. Not really a con, but just something to keep in mind when planning your shoots.Final Thoughts: Kodak Gold 200 is a solid choice for those looking for a reliable, affordable film for bright daylight photography. The warm tones might not be for everyone, but if you like that classic, vintage look with a touch of yellow and orange, this film will definitely deliver. Itâs great for vacations, casual photography, and anyone who wants to capture everyday moments with a little bit of a nostalgic feel.

Title: Performed great
Review: I had not used my camera for 20 years, but I wanted analog photos of the solar eclipse this year, so I purchased the proper filter first. The sun was going to be up to 95 percent covered here.Calculations for aperture and shutter speed, using ISO200 film worked out perfectly. 17 frames taken over 2 hours resulted in an artistic collage. My longest lens was 200mm, wished I had 1000mm to capture some more detail.Other photo taken using the balance of the roll had very sharp detail.

Title: Notice for film noobs
Review: If you're using the Kodak Ektar H35mm, GET THE ISO400!! But if you've already purchased it, use only outside, with plenty of natural light or with flash! Learned it the hard way 🙁

Title: Best versatile film
Review: Iâve been using this film in daylight and at night with flash and the pictures come out perfectly. Itâs super versatile so for someone like me that has only 1 point and shoot film camera that I bring everywhere, I love not worrying about the filmâs ability to work in the lighting/how the pics will come out.

Review: Kodak Gold Film is a classic choice for photographers seeking that warm, nostalgic vibe in their images. With a balanced color palette and fine grain, this film captures vibrant colors and beautiful skin tones, making it perfect for portraits and everyday scenes.I recently used it for a weekend getaway, and the results were stunning. The photos have a lovely warmth that adds a special touch to landscapes and candid moments alike. The film performs well in various lighting conditions, though I found it shines brightest in natural light. One of the highlights is the price pointâit's affordable without compromising on quality, making it accessible for both beginners and seasoned shooters. Overall, Kodak Gold Film delivers a timeless aesthetic that brings a bit of retro charm to any photography project. Highly recommended for anyone looking to explore film photography!
