Review: I’m lactose intolerant but I splurge on this occasionally. I just eat a little at a time so as not to suffer the consequences of the real ice cream ingredients. The chunks of salted caramel melt in my mouth which is a decadent treat.

Title: My Favorite Talenti Flavor
Review: Because Talenti is a gelato, it's not as rich as regular ice cream and so depends on intensity of flavor. It's a great brand overall because they do indeed pack flavor in this pint container. This sea salt caramel is my favorite flavor of all the others. It combined that almost-burnt sugar caramel flavor with just a hint of salt. Review: I’m not one to like salted deserts. But the moment you put this Sea Salt Caramel gelato in your mouth, you feel you’re in heaven. It’s simply amazing.The caramel flavor reminded me of ice cream I’ve had in a Mediterranean country as a child and been searching for years, and the truffles were surprising but delicious as well.I got obsessed with this Talenti gelato for as long as it was in my freezer - which was only one night and one morning before I ate all of it! I wish it was a little cheaper or a little larger. Yum!
