Title: Still a great product.
Review: My 8 and 13 year-old granddaughters both have hair that doesn't hold curl well. I reverted to these curler as success for me and my daughters years ago. The girls quickly mastered the rollers and enjoy creating their "pretty hair" when they choose to dress up. I also purchased a spray-on heat styling protectant to brush through hair before using the rollers. Works great!,

Title: Just Like Aunty/Grandma Used to Use
Review: These are legitimately old-school rollers. These ARE your grandma's tried and true set. ð I am terrible at doing my hair... I wash it, toss in mousse and sometimes just tussle it with my hands until dry or occasionally ill use a defused but I am not the 'stand here and do this until I look on point, on fleek, on live..' whatever. I infact go days without anything being done to my hair because it's usually a bun on my head.I washed my hair and added some light weight styling products and waited until it was about 90% dry and I begun rolling... Of course the new dog goes nuts, scares the cat and the cat sets the entire set cascading across my vanity and floor, GREAT START. I was upset thinking the heat was gone in them I'd have to wait another half hour for them to heat... Nope. Just put then back in and about 2 min later they were hot again. Once the UNIT is hot you're good to toss them back in for like a min and they can roll. So I stumbled and parted my hair like a 6 year old child, I used to much hair in some and wrapped a small tiny few hairs on a roller.. Basically.. I looked like boo boo the fool trying to get my thin tiny bit of hair wrapped up but I did it. I promise PROMISE PROMISE.. if I can wrap these in my hair, you can too. The pins DO WORK if you insert them correctly (there are videos of how to do that but honestly the trick is making sure the FLAT side or non curved side of the pin is the side you slide against your scalp and USE THE RIGHT COLOR PIN (some of yall used the big fuscia roller pins for the small white rollers talking bout the pins don't work- speaking of boo boo the fool, use the pin right and it WORKS ladies, stop acting like user error is the reason something isn't working). Like I said look at how flat my hair normally is and the amount of crazy volume and bounced curls I got from a 45 min setting. I just threw my bonnet over the set and vacuumed the house then did my makeup and by the time I was done they were ready to come out. It took about 15 minutes to roll my hair once I got the pin down. Another tip for the pins.. if when you put the pin on the roller and the roller doesn't stay (drops down or starts to sag) FLIP THE PIN And use the flat side to lay adjacent to your scalp as you push the roller firmly into the pin the flat slide is what keeps it tight to your head. There... that is all I know and the extent of my curling knowledge now lays with you. Hence you shall go forth on your curling experience and get the result I did or you might want to check a few videos (I did, I won't lie, this was my first time putting rollers in and I never knew how to do it properly, still don't but I know how to do it and get it done now)So..enjoy. they are worth the price.

Title: Hot rollers
Review: Writing this review with the rollers in, Iâm going to leave them in for maybe 30 minutes. First of all, they are EXTREMELY hot to touch, almost unbearable. My fingertips are red and tender now. It did take me a few attempts to figure out what size of hair to roll as well as how to secure the roll with the pins. Once I got going I was able to get my whole head done in maybe 30 minutes.I used every roller in the kit, and was worried I was going to run out!! I have pin straight, longish hair (about mid back) and itâs pretty thick. I was hoping to not have to use the smallest size roller as I want big voluminous curls but I had to as there are so few larger rollers.Hoping the curls come out well, but also willing to return and look for another brand as the rollers are so so hot to the touch.

Title: Love these curlers!
Review: This is my second set of this type of hot curlers. I bought the first set maybe 10 years ago, give or take. I love how they curl and the number of rollers in the set. The old set still heats up fine but the plastic is beginning to break down due to the heat (they do get quite hot) and the plastic ends sometimes come off now. I was working when I purchased the first set so they were used almost every day for many years with no hair damage, I think due to the velvet center coating. I am now retired and only use them occasionally. I expect this set to last even longer. There isn't a holder for the clips but that has never been a problem for me. I like this type of clip because it does not leave marks on your hair.

Title: Love this set but it died after 1.5 years
Review: Truly love this set. Makes my lifeless hair super curly and bouncy. Heats up quickly and the curl holds really well. Itâs a very easy and quick way to get nice hair in the morning, especially if you are low maintenance.However, mine broke after about 1.5 years of owning it. It just stopped taking power from the plug (I thinkâ the red light stopped going on and it stopped heating up.)It feels wasteful to buy another but I honestly love this set so much I may buy another one despite this.

Title: Just one regret
Review: These curlers get hot quickly and the clips they use hold the rollers in place very well. The only complaint I have is the velvety material that covers the rollers. It makes it difficult to roll my hair around the curler because I have to place my finger on the hot roller to hold my hair in place before it holds itself in place as I roll. It is really uncomforatable to do that. Haven't burned my fingers yet but I feel it is only a matter of time. The curls made are nice and hold all day.

Review: My rollers arrived promptly and work very well. They heated up quickly and although they are pretty hot to handle, I was careful to make sure my pin was ready so I could pop them on fast. I have very fine thin hair and the felt cushion helped hold them in place. In 10 minutes I had bouncy waves!! The curl doesn't last too long on my hair, but that's no fault of the rollers... it's just my hair.

Review: These rollers are very soft so when you roll them to your head they don't hurt. The clips are different sizes to match the size of the rollers. After you put your hair on the roller the clip slides easily on the roller. The hot roller set heats up in 10 minutes. I like how it gives my hair a soft wave.
