Title: Great tool for what it is designed!
Review: We live in Wyoming where the wind blows every weed seed alive into our yard...mostly dandelions. I am 70 years old with rheumatoid arthritis in my hands and a torn rotator cuff and so was looking for something to help me at least with some of the weeds when I ordered this. I was disappointed that, due to Covid, I had to wait for the order instead of my 2-day Prime, but it was still worth the wait!. I showed the video to my husband of what I was expecting and he said, "That will be good...IF it works..." UPS delivered it that afternoon and without even opening the box I took it out to my husband who was "weed eating" the front yard. He has just had his 7th back surgery and had previously been trying to get out the dandelions with a different long handled tool, which I could see was straining his back. He took the new Walensee Stand Up Weed Puller out of the box and immediately starting using it. I really think he wanted to show me that it was a waste of my money! Surprise!! It was so easy and effective he worked for two hours straight. He was like a demon and was like a kid with a new toy. I have to say that I had thoroughly watered the yard that morning so the soil was damp to depth. The weed puller is light weight aluminum but has not bent with all of the use and pulled up dandelions, even the heavier-rooted ones of long-standing, and five or six other shallow to medium depth weeds including "bunch grass". We now (after he attacked the weeds again yesterday) have three huge black garbage bags filled with weeds. The plugs of dirt/clay which come out are "aerating" the lawn and flower bed at the same time as a bonus. Even though the tool was to be a help for me, it has turned into his "toy" and that is still helping me because he loves pulling those weeds. I do have to say that it does NOT pull up the crab grass (I call it "octopus grass" due to the long white runners it sends out in all directions.) but at least I don't have to pull ALL of the weeds anymore. I give it five starts, and just don't expect miracles against huge weeds and dry ground. Again I say get this. Be reasonable in your expectation. Water the ground THOROUGHLY and don't expect miracles on huge weeds with my poor aching hands anymore. Buy one! Have "fun" though, pulling up the annoyances. And yes, an adjustable height shaft would make it better and easier on backs, but all I can say is that it is the best money I've spent in a while! I'd buy it again in a hot minute.

Title: Why has this not been a thing before?
Review: I originally saw this product being used on a social media platform and I was skeptical. Having a lot of weeds and crab grass I thought what hell I'll try it. Let me tell you, my jaw dropped opened the first time I used it. It really works as advertised. Push in, turn and pull. Push the button to release and repeat. It makes such light work of tedious work.No assembly required, worked right out of the box.Only reason I gave it 4/5 stars was because the protective cover for the spikes sometimes falls off when not in use, so just need to be careful of that. Otherwise excellent product.

Title: It’s Great!!
Review: This product is strong! It does what it’s supposed to. I had tons of weeds in one of my garden beds. So many that the stems would get tangled and caught in this tool when I twisted it. It pulled up many weeds at one time, clearing a large area. This made it easier to pull out the roots. It’s easy to use, and nothing broke or bent. I’ve used it many times. Great device.

Title: Here's the scoop/will give it one more chance
Review: I liked the concept of this device but was hesitant to purchase due to some of the reviews complaining about it breaking after only a few uses. I decided to try one. It worked great! That is till it broke after the second day of use. The plunger shaft detached from the internal spring inside the shaft. Ok, no biggie, I'll take it apart and reattach the plunger. Nope, no can do. The handle and the prong ends are riveted to the tube shaft and cannot be opened without reriveting. (looked difficult on a curved surface) I was about to return it and write a confirming negative review but I was able to reattach the plunger to the spring by finagling the plunger in the tube shaft. Conclusion: I would hope Walensee will correct this flaw but for my purpose and for anyone who has had the same problem, keep a grip on the plunger when using it and don't allow it to spring back on its own unheld. With this in mind I would still recommend buying one. Also, I think I would go with the 5 pronger. Good Luck! Edited 4/12/22- Went to use it today and the plunger had come off of the spring again! I was going to return it today. LSS- After some more fenagling, I attached a washer to the bottom tip of the plunger to prevent it from traveling too far back thus detaching from the spring. I thought this was genius! After reading a few more reviews, a gent said to be sure to tighten the screw before using. Huh? What screw?? He was good enough to provide a pic and what it showed was a plastic "washer" at the end of the plunger held on by a screw. A screw that I either lost or was never on the unit to begin with. Either way, do what this other guy said, tighten that one and only bottom screw!

Review: This works great. It does leave a hole as other reviews state. However, I’m not sure how you would pull a weed and all roots without leaving a hole? I don’t mind the holes at it allows for nutrients to get further down. I view it as a small but easy aeration for what ever area I am working in. Makes pulling weeds somewhat fun 😂

Review: Brilliant device, worth every penny, light to handle, no weight in it at all, very easy to use and quite fun really getting those pesky weeds out of the lawn. Also doubles up as a leaf collector and aerator by stabbing leafs with it and saving your back from extra strain bending. It really is brilliant, and highly recommended. You won't be disappointed.Not to be used on gravel though as the stones will get stuck in between the prongs. Its meant for the lawn.My only gripes are it could have been better with two foot platforms to push it in the ground as you have to turn it round for your preferred foot, and also the protective piece of plastic which goes over the "prong nails" when you store it is a little brittle, but its no big deal because its not really needed.

Wer denkt er bekommt hier für den Preis ein Profigerät von bester Qualität, ist naiv und selber Schuld wenn es sofort kaputt geht.Profigeräte von Fiskars oder Gardena fangen bei 35€ an.Habe soeben über 200 Löwenzahn damit entfernt. Habe aufgrund der Qualität gewartet bis es 2 Tage geregnet hat und der Boden aufgeweicht ist.MACHT SINN. Mitdenken ist nicht jedermanns Sache.Das Produkt ist super und unschlagbar für den Preis. Habe den Fußtritt nicht einmal genutzt, aus dem Grund der Qualität. Ist halt alles kein Stahl oder so.Kinderleichte Bedienung.Ergebnis TipTop.Auf harter ausgetrockneter Erde, würde ich dieses Produkt nicht nutzen.Ich denke dann geht es kaputt.Besteht halt aus dünnen Aluminium und Kunststoff.Fazit. Bin sehr begeistert und würde es jederzeit wieder kaufen.
