Title: Give them your money!
Review: It works, it works really well. Vacuums and cleans in one pass. It seemed too good to be true so after I was done with the machine, I wiped the floor with a white cloth and Mrs Meyers soap and it came up clean. We have 3 dogs and they shed and bring in dirt and I’m a freak about keeping the floor clean, this is a huge improvement especially with my back problems. It’s super compact, cordless and slick design. Easy to use and the battery lasted for the entire house. Self cleans afterwards. Great product design.

Title: Don't Worry about the Brown Box
Review: First, I rarely post reviews of any product, but the lack of information on Tineco's site and Amazon prompted me to do so.  Like many, I purchased an S7 Pro, which arrived in a BROWN box. The shipper box label did reference the S7 Pro as the description; I wasn't concerned as I understand some companies pack their Products in a Shipper box or Retail Box (the White Box) that many referenced in other comments.  Retail boxes are usually for brick-and-mortar stores so the consumer can view product features when they compare the products in the store.  Retail boxes are often not sturdy enough to ship independently and must be shipped inside another box to hold up during transport.   Now that we have the Box out of the way, I, too, was concerned that the model I received did not have "ULTRA" mode. When you download the manual online for the S7 Pro, it lists "Ultra" Mode instead of "Custom." The manual I received only described the "S7 Series". The model number listed for the S7 Pro is FW200300US, but the model number on the box I got is FW221100US. I assumed I needed to download the Tineco App to unlock the "Ultra" Mode, so I logged in and paired my device, but the Device Name was "Floor One S7." Again, I did not see "Pro."  Looking at the website, I did not find a model number until I looked at the rollers, which have version 1 and version 2.The roller I have looks like Version 1, but it says it's for "Tineco FLOOR ONE S7 PRO/S5/S5 PRO 2 Replacement Brush Roller," but the radio button name is "S5/S5 Pro,"  and the other radio button is "S7 Pro (FW200300US)" which was not the model I got. If you click next to the comment for "For Tineco FLOOR ONE S6/S7 Pro（SKU FW200300US) Smart Vacuum Cleaners," the answer you get is "Specially designed for Tineco Floor One S7 Pro (order before July 10, 2024)." I admit I still don't know which one I need to order, and it's unclear which is which, but that is Future Me's problem. At this point, I was pretty sure I got the wrong device. Like the other reviews, I got an S7 and not an S7 Pro, even though a base S7 is not listed on their site. So, after reaching out to Tineco's support team for the last few days, they were very responsive and quick to address everything I noticed and the comments. They confirmed, based on the Model and Serial number I gave them, that it was, in fact, an S7 PRO. They stated that the FW200300US has been discontinued, which explains the 2 different roller versions and the comment about "Ordered before July 10, 2024." The comment from the Tineco Support Team:We received feedback from our support team. Please note that this machine is an improved Floor One S7 Pro version. The old version has been discontinued. Based on the feedback from some user groups about the complicated operation of the machine, we simplified the design of the handle and display, and removed the Ultra mode; Tineco is committed to providing easy-to-use machines for all user groups. In addition, the new version of S7 Pro uses soft-pack batteries for the first time in the cleaning appliances industry, which improves the battery life and reliability. The roller brush motor has been improved and can rotate in both directions, which can keep the roller brush fluffy and more durable; Regarding the dirt water tank, it has also been completely upgraded. The new filter device can effectively separate solids and liquids, making it more convenient to clean and maintain after daily use. The graphite pole piece that will not rust can be used to detect the water level, which significantly reduces the failure rate of sensor false alarms. Please don't worry, the machine you received is the correct model according to the serial number, pictures and details you provided.Sorry for the long review, but I thought it was important to understand that I went through all the questions and concerns many of you may have when receiving the device.All in all, I have been using the device for a month, and I love it. I can clean my main floor and part of my basement before the battery dies,  about 2,000-3,000 Sqft.  I may need to refill the water twice, as there is still some in there from the last clean, and empty the dirt water twice. Tineco Q&A does note that if you don't use the Tineco solution, it could use more water and require more frequent refills and dumping because of the bubbles. So far, it's been a great purchase; I have been eying it for about 6 months, and glad I finally pulled the trigger.

Review: Yes it’s expensive but worth every penny!! Best ever. Self cleans, no mess on your hands from mopping. Sweeps like a dream! Picks up all the crannies we don’t see. If you think your floor is clean as I did, get ready for a surprise. It’s simply amazing. A sweeper, vacuum, a mop, a disinfectant, self cleaning!! It speaks to you. The cleaning solution smells so good. A little capful is all you need and full water and wala!!! Saves me sooo much time. My floors never looked this white lol

Review: I have to say the customer service is really great.I found a small problem with the vacuum cleaner's duct brush，The customer service kindly mailed me a set of vacuum cleaner accessories, including accessories that were not originally included.I have to say that the service quality is very high。After using it for 7 days, I found that the roller brush made some unusual noises. I reported this problem. The customer service politely eliminated all possible problems for me. Finally, it was determined that the roller brush was defective. A new roller brush was quickly arranged for me. I received the new roller brush on the third day.The most amazing setting of Tineco Floor ONE Switch S7 is the powerful application software. I can set the suction power and water ratio of the device in CUSTOM mode on my phone.The above is my experience of using it for almost a month.The customer service told me that they provide a 2-year warranty, so I don’t need to worry about any problems with the device.

Everything else is awesome, I recommend to everyone!Easy to assemble, sleek looking docking station and vacuum holder station.Easy to use, it has physical buttons and screen, I like that it is not touch screen, it is easier this way. Voice assistance is also useful, it tells me when water tank is low, etc.It vacuum pretty strong, we have 2 huskies with a lot of hair, tank is small but it does not get stuck, suction is greater than Dyson vacuum sticks we have, I’m very impressed.Cleaning is easy, it comes with cleaning brush and I make sure to clean dirty water tank and tubes every after use with the brush and rinse everything, then let dry to prevent odor.I spilled a lot of water by accident, this vacuum sucked out super quickly. Every time my children make mess, this vacuum takes care of it. I don’t even need to pick up solids, it sucks right up, really amazing.I have been using it for a couple month and I have zero complaints, I’ll see if anything changes after a year or so!

Review: I have been a fan of Tineco and my preferred stick vacuum is an S15 pet, so I was looking forward to this combination unit. This combo pack includes both a wet mop and a vacuum, but it only has one battery and motor combo that both units share. I do find this inconvenient and tried to search the cost of getting a second one to have both units ready to go but it seems they do not sell it, which is a miss in my opinion. The base is nice and holds both units together for a more compact space saving storage and charging area.The floor mop is on the heavy side but does have a self-propelled type of mechanism that does make it easy to maneuver. The digital display is bright and clear and has options of auto mode, max, suction only for cleaning wet spills and a custom that can be set form the app. It cleans well and has an auto clean and dry system on the base. It comes with an extra roller brush, filter and bottle of cleaner. There is a clean and dirty water container that will separate dirty water from solid debris, so that you can dispose of them separately. It does a good job of cleaning floors and gets quite close to the floor edges.The vacuum is very top heavy with the motor and battery combo and much heavier than my S15 pet model. It does clean well for carpets and maneuvers well as the wheels roll and turn good. I still prefer my S15 for weight and overall performance. One thing that seems strange is I will vacuum more often than mop the floors, yet the battery will not charge on the base in the vacuum and only on the mop. It also includes a small power head that does work well for stairs, and I also use it on the bed and furniture. There is a crevice tool that has a built-in brush end that is useful for getting into small areas and cleaning floor edges as well.I find this combination unit works well overall and it would be a solid home run if the stand charged both the mop and vacuum and if it came with the second motor/battery.
