Title: Surprisingly, filling!
Review: I've eaten this right from the can, out of the bowl with chopped zucchini, added, and, on the recommendation of someone else who gave a review here, used it straight from the can with pepper, jack cheese, added, and made an extremely tasty quesadilla. This is excellent for lunch, or even a light supper. It is surprisingly filling and very good! I know it's a little pricey, but what you were getting is quality ingredients high in protein and relatively low in calories. I've had the red been salad, which is what I used for the quesadilla, the pasta tuna salad, and the tuna salad with quinoa. All are very good. They're also good to have on hand for times when you can't get to the store or are you simply don't feel like cooking. I generally buy a four pack of each variety and keep them in my cupboard. Highly recommended!

Title: Delicious and simple meal
Review: The taste of this combination is great. It’s actually a pretty substantial meal with lots of protein and vegetables. It’s easy to carry and open. No can opener needed and recyclable. It’s a lifesaver when I need a fast option, which is most days. I don’t really ever get organized enough to meal prep and this is a healthy meal also.

Title: So delicious, healthy and filling!
Review: There's nothing I don't like about these. I keep a few at work to eat when I want a "lazy" lunch. People complain about the price, but they need to understand that this is a combination of responsibly harvested tuna and organic beans and vegetables. So for less than $4 you are getting a super healthy, filling, clean meal. What I also love is that there is no garlic - since I am sensitive to it. I always feel satisfied after eating one of these and energetically great. Note that it does have a little spice (like mild level) - so if you can't tolerate any spice at all you may not like it. But for me it is a 10 out of 10!

Title: TOO EXPENSIVE FOR WHAT IT IS.
Review: Kind of a good idea, but way too expensive for its size—and too oily and too peppery. Yes, I realize there is something to be paid for convenience. But this inspired me, like I imagine it has for many others, to just make my own. Use good quality tuna or sardines, vary among all matter of great beans or lentils, use a reasonable amount of oil, control the salt, control the spices. Kitchen + Love products are also expensive, but I find them better executed. These pre-prepared, "healthy" meals is a valid and I expect quite attractive market, Hope to see more efforts from other companies. And In did I say expensive.

Title: Delicious Tuna Ready-2-Eat Meal
Review: I am a big fan, the quality is apparent from the moment you hold the package in your hand. Once you open the can, it is obvious that care was taken to make this food healthy and delicious, and also look good in terms of presentation. I purchase the one with beans in it also, as I am sure it will be fantastic just like the pasta salad version!

Title: One of the best, if not the best tuna snacks
Review: Love this for the protein and general nutrition content but also appreciate this being line caught tuna and the flavor is just fantastic, especially when compared to similar options out there. Good for a mini meal or with some rice or whatever else you like. Highly suggested for the gym rats and fitness folks.
