Review: This is the first greenworks tool I have purchased. It came quick and package very well. It was easy to assemble and use. It works very well and is not very heavy, which is good for someone like me who has had back problems since birth. I am very please with thos purchase.

Title: A Great Weed eater!
Review: To begin with, I am a 62 year old woman with health issues. I have trouble walking because of a bad back, knees and ankles. I am in constant pain, but yard still has to be done. With rising costs, we could not afford to hire someone this last month and the grass was getting tall. I didn't want anything that required gas. I looked online and found this Weed eater in the warehouse deals and took a chance. It works great. I cut the front yard with it in morning until the battery goes dead (or I can't stand up anymore). Then I do the same in the evening in the back yard. It takes longer, but it is working and it is something we could afford. So glad I got it.Cons: Could have had clearer instructions. Battery life doesn't last for a long time. But that doesn't bother me, most of the time it lasts longer than I do.Pros: It is lightweight. Easy to assemble. Gets the job done.

Title: Extremely powerful trimmer and edger!! High quality! Battery life not so much.
Review: I really loved how easy this was to use! It was light weight, worked very well, cut edges expertly, and honestly was much better than the ryobi I was using prior to this. This would be a clear 5 star item if it didn’t include such a small battery. The included battery really does not last long at all. Luckily I bought a larger battery before getting this, anticipating it wouldn’t last long! It lasts for about 150 linear feet of edge before dying. I’d recommend getting an extra battery with this purchase! Green works - please consider adding your larger battery to this as an included item!

Title: Battery Charged Quickly - Edger Feature Easy to Use
Review: I had an earlier version of Greenworks Trimmer/Edger and was glad that this updated model works in the same way. The tool was easy to assemble in just a few minutes, and the battery charged up quickly as well. We mainly use this trimmer/edger to do edging after we mow the grass. I buy bulk replacement line for my trimmer/edger; I noticed that the factory line was worn down more quickly than the bulk line that I will be replacing it with when I reload the spool. The battery lasted ~45 minutes of pretty much continuous use, which is what I expected it to do. The tool was easy to clean and store, so I'm pleased with its overall performance. One thing I will warn users about - since the housing is plastic, don't let it drag on the edge of the sidewalk or driveway - if it drags then it will wear down the housing and eventually damage the motor, which is what killed my earlier version of this trimmer/edger.Update to Review 25-July-2022 - The line is prematurely breaking at the eyelet opening. It appears that there is a sharp ridge on the eyelet that's cutting a crease in the line, then the line breaks prematurely. I have to open the spool & advance the line.

Title: You get what you pay for
Review: Purchased the green works cordless weed trimmer and an extra battery. This is the worst weed trimmer I have ever had. It shuts down continuously while using. What should only take me about half hour, 45 minutes of trimming, takes me three days because it stops working and won’t start back up. It’s like the battery dies but when I check it the battery is fully charged. I have to wait a day before it will work again. Horrible. Would not recommend to friends.

Title: Doesn’t bump and feed well
Review: I bought this because it is light weight. I have tried different ways to get the string to feed because the bump action doesn’t work well at all. I spend more time manually pulling the string out than trimming. Size is perfect and battery holds up well

Review: Vraiment déçu de cette compagnie,j’ai acheté un autre coupe bordure,pour remplacer le mien.j’avais un modèle identique,24 v j’ai acheté un model identique 24v, mais les piles ne font pas, modèle de piles 29642 24 v. 44wh,ou est le problème? Pourquoi même modèle,même fonction, pas les mêmes piles? après contact avec la compagnie on me dit que les piles ne font pas sur les nouveaux modèles,donc on jette et on rachète.Merci mais ce sera une autre compagnie.
